I was so very pleased as to how quickly I could make an appointment online, and for same-day-service! I booked an appointment for 12pm, and by 11am, Precision was already telling me that they could have a technician out within 15 minutes! (A business ACTUALLY saying that they would be early!) My technician, Frank Lopez, showed-up around 11:45am. He was very nice and professional! I explained to him the problems I was having, and he showed me where and why I was having those problems. Frank explained it in a way that I could entirely understand! It was a wonderfully smooth and informative transaction. Frank was a joy to work with, and I felt completely safe and confident in his abilities. I now have a garage door that not only works well, but is like a whisper! I am MORE than satisfied with the service that I received from Frank and Precision Door Service!

We had Precision Garage Door come to our house. Manny arrived early and provided excellent advice and gave us a couple of options for the repair. We rent an old house which made things a little difficult due to the weight of the door.
