One call is all it took. our door jammed about 1/2way open. Called Precision and service Technician, Benny Ubrino was here with in 2 hours. Very polite young man that knows his stuff. rebuilt the door and was out of here in less than 2 hrs the door has never worked so well. Very Impressed with Precision and staff. I recommend them.

I highly recommend Precision. My garage door motor and rollers were replaced within a few hours after I called. Jorge Fortanel was the Service Technician…very polite, very knowledgeable and did the job efficiently and quickly. Extremely happy with the great service and their expertise.

Great experience very professional organization from the first call for estimate to the final invoice. Called about a broken overhead roll-up garage door spring in the morning received and an estimate made an appointment that was just two hours later with a promise that the technician would call before arriving. The technician Jorge Fortanel called 20 minutes before showing up in a clean equipped logoed work truck (which I think shows professionalism). Before starting Mr. Fortanel did a free 25-point inspection and said everything looked good except for springs that needed replacing in pairs and suggested adding a roller bearing between springs to add to the longevity and I agreed. Mr. Fortanel was very professional and knowledgeable with suggestions for the longevity of the door. I will not hesitate to use Precision Overhead Garage Door Service again as well as refer friends and family.

Benny installed a new garage door opener for us today. Did a great install and even helped me hook my car buttons to the opener. Something I haven't had in 4 years. Best part of all is that he didn't try and upsell us on things we didn't need. Thanks Precision for a quick response, great install and friendly staff.

Precision wasn’t my first call… it wa my 2nd I’m kinda home alone now and didn’t know what was really wrong or how broken my door was But Li the tech was awesome and wonderful talked me through everything and since I’m kinda alone he made sure to fix for the Long term explaining how to care for toot as well!! Something I didn’t know anything about.. great service customer wise and work wise have y’all taped up in the garage now to call if needed Thanks again for the fast response!!! The reason why I chose Precision Garage is simply because several years ago, I purchased a garage door opener. Currently, I had wanted to purchase a key pad that would work with the garage door opener. I appreciate Ivan Estrada, the technician from Precision. He was very nice and courteous. I randomly picked this company based on their reviews and I wasn't disappointed. I like the fact that they are 24 hours. I was able to call later in the evening and was able to get a servicer out early the next day. Jose was my servicer and he was prompt and friendly. I ended up needing a whole new opener and he had it installed in about an hour. I'm not one to be easily impressed but the customer service from the phone operator to the servicer was top notch. Well done Precision!

I "NEVER" respond to these. However, the service, response, technician (not in that particular order) deserves acknowledgment. I needed a new motor for my garage. I called several ??????? that day, leaving messages. 2 appeared at my ???? , but I were they were truly not to work with them. The others never responded. The next morning, I researched other garage companies. A live voice picked up phone, she listened to me, scheduled repair same day! The technician, Carlos appeared on schedule, explained everything. Plus I needed financing (approved). Carlos installed door quickly. Very cordial and respectful. We ended up hugging. THANK YOU.......

No one expects to have garage door issues but when you do it nice to have great customer service. Ivan E. took his time explaining several options to get my door back in working condition.
