So one of my brackets came off a panel on door. Called them and they set up appointment quickly. Edgar came out (and I have ring in my garage) from the time he walked into my garage to the time he gave me a 1580.00 estimate WALKED into garage. 9:18:23am to GAVE estimate 9:21:36. A total of 3 mins and 13 seconds he spent in my garage.. oh by the way my car was also in garage and I moved it during this time frame.. so wow calling someone else. Dont trust them!

Had a loud "bang" sound on closing. Turned out the panel weren't aligned and it was a "snapping" of the panels in the tongue-and-groove -- a bolt on a hinge popped off. Kevin came on time (as scheduled) and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was very courteous and competent, everything the company would want in their employees. A good experience.

Garage door completely went south on my way to work at 5:45 AM. How you see garage doors go south on TV, that was mine. Had used Precision several years ago and did not think to call anyone else. They were open at 5:45 AM and a technician was scheduled to come out between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM the same day. Edgar Sanchez, who was fantastic, arrived before 2:00 PM and waited for me until I arrived about 10 minutes later. Accessed the issue and after honestly discussing several options, with no pressure whatsoever on any option, we both agreed with the stress the garage door endured, everything had to be replaced, with a couple of items free of charge (that was very nice, which we appreciated). We were able to get the garage door fully down and held up until the new one was installed. Gave us a window of 3 weeks. The garage door came a week later. Carlos came out, removed everything that was to be replaced and installed everything in a little over an hour. Carlos was absolutely amazing and a very nice guy to talk with. Precision was fabulous from the initial phone call to the installation. I would not recommend any other garage door service other than Precision. If you want your garage door installed with outstanding customer service, you will never go wrong with Precision. Knowing the shape my garage door was in and no exaggeration, with the new one and all accessories installed, I am thankful for and enthusiastically recommend Precision.

After years of using Precision, I’m shocked at how bad this service was. Called them for a garage door sensor error—same issue they fixed in April with no new parts. This time, a different tech sold me $310 worth of new sensors, didn’t fix the problem, and then tried to upsell me on a $1,200 LiftMaster… for an opener that’s only 7 years old. Here’s the kicker: I didn’t need new sensors OR a new opener. The real problem? A cut wire to the left sensor—something I found and fixed myself. The technician either missed the obvious or ignored it to push expensive, unnecessary parts. One star for wasting my money and my time. This kind of upselling and poor troubleshooting is unacceptable

Unhappy I have been on the phone with Chamberlain/Liftmaster for 2hours and still the app does not work. I bought the garage door opener with the camera and online controls spent 2 hours to finally get it connected to find out I need to delete the app and start over because the camera didn’t connect. The tech that installed my opener said just download the app and it will work. Waste of money and my time for what the unit cost you would think it would be easier.

I had a service call with Precision Garage Door back in 2019. I was satisfied and decided to call them again because one of the cable was about to snap. I needed the service and had to get it done. The technician was very courteous. What disappointed me was the charge on the cable. $269.00 for two 8 foot cables. Do your research and you will find that it was way too much. Total bill was $506.75.
