First time using Precision Door. I’m typically skeptical of ads I see on TV, but they had good reviews, so I gave them a try. . Edgar came out and was very professional and knowledgeable. Did a standard tuneup on our garage and showed me in detail all that he did. Gave recommendations for ongoing maintenance and future purchases, should they be needed. Hello: I've been a customer for 2 years, and have had excellent service twice. Benny rebuilt my garage door and I was impressed with his skill and knowledge, happy to report everything is working fine. So one of my brackets came off a panel on door. Called them and they set up appointment quickly. Edgar came out (and I have ring in my garage) from the time he walked into my garage to the time he gave me a 1580.00 estimate WALKED into garage. 9:18:23am to GAVE estimate 9:21:36. A total of 3 mins and 13 seconds he spent in my garage.. oh by the way my car was also in garage and I moved it during this time frame.. so wow calling someone else. Dont trust them!
