His favorite past-time is spending time with his wife and boys. He also loves off-roading in his truck and dirt biking. He loves professional football, and his favorite team is San Francisco 49ers. With an easy going and fun personality, he enjoys his personal home improvement projects, and working with others on theirs.

Called in the morning and got an appointment for the same afternoon. The tech, Carlos, showed up on time, explained everything and got to work. The 20 year old door works at least as good as it did new, possibly a little better. I'm happy with the visit and the workmanship. I'd recommend Precision to anyone.

Carlos Barragan was very professional, He showed up on time, explained that our garage door was making a loud noise because the rollers wearing out. Gave us a reasonable price and replaced new rollers with a life time warranty. Replaced the back up battery for free and represented the company with great professional courteous.

Outstanding service. Thanks to Mr. Carlos Barragan. Let me explain. Originally I just wanted to get my springs replaced but after Mr. Barragan explained what else could be an issue later on down the line, I am very glad I had everything replaced except the door. After looking more closely at everything, we noticed that some of the brackets were already cracked, the rollers were not sealed and you could see the bearings. Replaced the motors as they were starting to go out as well. The cable itself was showing a lot of wear and tear and was very thin. Now everything is nice and quiet. Basically, I was saved from costly repairs later on if I had just waited for other things to break. As you know, prices increase every year.

Our electric garage door broke down this morning - would neither open nor close. Called Precision randomly, as it was one of the garage door companies listed on Google. Knew NOTHING about your company. Carlos arrived here within just a few hours, diagnosed the problems, (mostly due to an old,15 year old system) and installed all new mechanics, springs, etc. in less than three hours. Now our garage door runs smoothly, reliably and much more quietly. We are 100% pleased and impressed with your company.

I "NEVER" respond to these. However, the service, response, technician (not in that particular order) deserves acknowledgment. I needed a new motor for my garage. I called several ??????? that day, leaving messages. 2 appeared at my ???? , but I were they were truly not to work with them. The others never responded. The next morning, I researched other garage companies. A live voice picked up phone, she listened to me, scheduled repair same day! The technician, Carlos appeared on schedule, explained everything. Plus I needed financing (approved). Carlos installed door quickly. Very cordial and respectful. We ended up hugging. THANK YOU.......

I damaged by garage door Saturday night July 1st and It got fix July 5th. Not because I call Precision Garage Door the next day. I did not know who to call, my friend suggested Precision Garage Door to me today July 5th and within 4 hours it was fixed. Carlos the technician was very knowledgeable and extremely nice. He gave me information about my automatic garage door that I did not know about. He gave me options regarding fixing it and replacing it. He was very helpful. I decided to fix it for now. It will be 20 years old next year so I know soon it is going to give out on me. I was very happy with the service that I received.

Carlos and his assistant were excellent and explained what needed to be done. For now I chose the least expensive! They replaced all the rollers and recalibrated the motor and the door is perfect now but will need the new motor, etc probably rather soon! I will definitely call and request Carlos and his assistant when I do.

I came home last night to discover that I could not open my garage door. Turned out to be a broken spring. I called the number on their website and was immediately given an appointment for today. Carlos arrived a little early (which was just fine with me), assessed the situation and explained his findings and plan to remedy the issue. He went to work quickly and had everything repaired in short order. Carlos was professional and polite. I have used Precision a couple of times in the past and will continue to use them as the need arises. Precision is the BEST!
