At 2 AM, my daughter called saying the garage door won't open. I went to the garage and saw the cable was off the pulley and I couldn't fix it. At 7 AM, I made a call to Precision and was able to make an appointment for the same day. I received a text saying that Jorge was on his way. A short while later he was in my garage doing a safety inspection and explaining the main problem and gave me 4 different options for the repair and the cost of each. I really appreciated that information so I could be the one that made the decision knowing what I could afford. A little more than hour later the repair was complete and the door was working properly. Several months ago I had a problem with my garage door opener and I called Precision Door Service. Carlos showed up very promptly, but we couldn't duplicate the problem, everything seemed to be working fine. Carlos did a complete inspection, did not find any problems and did not charge me. This time around the main torsion spring broke and the door would not open. I could not even open it manually, so I called Carlos. He offered to come out that same day, but I couldn't due to prior commitments. So he came out the next day and replaced the spring, drums, rollers and cables and related hardware in under 2 hours and the door is working great! I highly endorse Precision Garage Door Service for their prompt service, product knowledge and integrity.
