At 2 AM, my daughter called saying the garage door won't open. I went to the garage and saw the cable was off the pulley and I couldn't fix it. At 7 AM, I made a call to Precision and was able to make an appointment for the same day. I received a text saying that Jorge was on his way. A short while later he was in my garage doing a safety inspection and explaining the main problem and gave me 4 different options for the repair and the cost of each. I really appreciated that information so I could be the one that made the decision knowing what I could afford. A little more than hour later the repair was complete and the door was working properly. I really appreciated Jorge and his professionalism and how he took the time to explain the problem and give me a complete and honest quote.

Precision installed our garage doors 10 years ago. They have provided maintenance for us through the years. Today our garage door opener decided to quit. Several months ago I had a problem with my garage door opener and I called Precision Door Service. Carlos showed up very promptly, but we couldn't duplicate the problem, everything seemed to be working fine. Carlos did a complete inspection, did not find any problems and did not charge me. This time around the main torsion spring broke and the door would not open. I could not even open it manually, so I called Carlos. He offered to come out that same day, but I couldn't due to prior commitments. So he came out the next day and replaced the spring, drums, rollers and cables and related hardware in under 2 hours and the door is working great! I highly endorse Precision Garage Door Service for their prompt service, product knowledge and integrity.
