When your garage door opener decides to break on you at 4:30 in the morning, you really don't have many options. I reached out to Precision at 7:30 am and was able to speak to someone right away. Fleecing the repeat customer is a BIG issue... You were very responsive and came out the same day which we were grateful for. As it turned out, two screws had fallen out of one of the metal plates that attach to the garage door at each roller joint. Carlos found the issue and said he could fix it. So, for $59.99 he came to my house and found the problem. Two screws cost less than a dollar, but I haven’t had anything serviced since your guy was here the last time and that was over 5 years ago. I agreed to the "tune up”to make sure everything kept working into the future. For 15 minutes of work and three dollars worth of lubricant, that cost me $89.95!!! WTF What is completely inappropriate is a surprise charge of $16.95 for “Environmental Fee - Miscellaneous hardware/product/enviro fee/fuel charge. All of that should have been covered in the other two line items, considering I had agreed to $140 for less than $10.00 worth of screws and lubricant and a short drive to my house. On top of that, I had cash, my checkbook, and a credit card available as payment. Carlos told my wife that the “credit card was easiest” but then I got charged another $3.34 for using the credit card. I responded to there feedback email but got ZERO response about my extreme displeasure with getting fleeced to the tune of $171.50 for a 15 minute service call. I chose to use your company again because I had a good experience in the past. That may not be the case in the future! Word of mouth referrals are very important to me as I’m sure they are to you.

Outstanding service. Thanks to Mr. Carlos Barragan. Let me explain. Originally I just wanted to get my springs replaced but after Mr. Barragan explained what else could be an issue later on down the line, I am very glad I had everything replaced except the door. After looking more closely at everything, we noticed that some of the brackets were already cracked, the rollers were not sealed and you could see the bearings. Replaced the motors as they were starting to go out as well. The cable itself was showing a lot of wear and tear and was very thin. Now everything is nice and quiet. Basically, I was saved from costly repairs later on if I had just waited for other things to break. As you know, prices increase every year.
