Well I'm very disappointed in this transaction. The service advisor quoted me $860.00 to replace two springs when I told them that that was twice what I was expecting to be billed he asked me what I was expecting. I replied that I was expecting about $400.00 and he said he would call his supervisor to see if they could reduce the amount charged. The supervisor asked if $419.00 would work and of course I said yes but if I were a customer that knew nothing about what this service should cost I would have paid double as I'm sure many people have. I can't help but feel this rips off many unsuspecting customers that would not question the charges. For this reason alone I will never do business with this company again.

Hello: I've been a customer for 2 years, and have had excellent service twice. Benny rebuilt my garage door and I was impressed with his skill and knowledge, happy to report everything is working fine. Recently I lost my remote control, Edgar came out and programed two remotes, I tried to do it myself and failed miserably several times, I fully recommend call out the professionals who get the job done right. So one of my brackets came off a panel on door. Called them and they set up appointment quickly. Edgar came out (and I have ring in my garage) from the time he walked into my garage to the time he gave me a 1580.00 estimate WALKED into garage. 9:18:23am to GAVE estimate 9:21:36. A total of 3 mins and 13 seconds he spent in my garage.. oh by the way my car was also in garage and I moved it during this time frame.. so wow calling someone else. Dont trust them!

First of all I need to thank Derek Olear when he came out on August 22 and checked out our garage due to an issue we were having with it. He is the one that mentioned the special that your company was having which made our decision to finally get a whole new door and motor so much easier. We had the new door with new motor installed on August 29th. The installer Carlos Jaquez and his assistant which unfortunately I do not know his name but we do want to give that person credit also. They both did a great job. They were both very pleasant and efficient. The door looks great and, oh my, so much quieter than our old door. His assistant even helped me to get the car paired with the new motor. Overall we were very pleased with everything. My garage door stop working, so a friend suggested "Precision Garage Door Service," it was a Sunday early afternoon and I was able to make an appointment a couple of hours later, no extra charge. Ivan the technician called to let me know his ETA and was here on time. After I explained my situation, he gave a couple of options. The price was good and competitive (I checked) I was happy with it. About or less than an hour later all was done. He explained how to use it, how to put in passwords. Gave all the necessary information and paperwork and that was it. Easy, painless, good price, the motor has lifetime warranty. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!

Precision installed our new LiftMaster garage door opener in late 2021. It has worked great since installation. Today our backup battery started beeping every 30 seconds, so it needed replacement. "Wi-Fi connection" It started when I upgraded my wifi the connection was lost. I'd tried the step by step to reconnect even when in youtube but nothing was done. So I called Precision explain the situation. The next day a technician came to my house holding a tablet trying to reconnect the wifi. I provided the wifi name and password. He was unable to reconnect and he sated that I should contact myQ apps and see what can they do or even my internet provider they too I should contact and see if they can resolve my wifi issue. REALLY!!! What a "BS" very very disappointed. I didn't realize he was the only technician in working in the field that he has never encounter a customer like me with wifi issue. Talk about lack of knowledge, skills and etc. How about calling someone a co-worker or someone who might know about wifi issue in garage door opener. I am sure I wasn't the only person in the stated of California has wifi issue. He didn't even do that. I end up spending $160. for nothing. I had to ask my co-workers at work they had explain step by step what I need to be done. Problem solve thanks to my co-works.

Outstanding service. Thanks to Mr. Carlos Barragan. Let me explain. Originally I just wanted to get my springs replaced but after Mr. Barragan explained what else could be an issue later on down the line, I am very glad I had everything replaced except the door. After looking more closely at everything, we noticed that some of the brackets were already cracked, the rollers were not sealed and you could see the bearings. Replaced the motors as they were starting to go out as well. The cable itself was showing a lot of wear and tear and was very thin. Now everything is nice and quiet. Basically, I was saved from costly repairs later on if I had just waited for other things to break. As you know, prices increase every year.
