Had a loud "bang" sound on closing. Turned out the panel weren't aligned and it was a "snapping" of the panels in the tongue-and-groove -- a bolt on a hinge popped off. Kevin came on time (as scheduled) and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was very courteous and competent, everything the company would want in their employees. A good experience.

I had a door spring break and called Precision Door for assistance. The entire experience was amazing. From the time I called to schedule a visit, speak with Becky about the warranty, to when Benny the Technician arrived it was very smooth. He explained what he was going to do, and was very Professional and Courteous. The repair was done fast and the door was back in operation. He also shared some tips on maintenance of the door which I appreciated. After years of using Precision, I’m shocked at how bad this service was. Called them for a garage door sensor error—same issue they fixed in April with no new parts. This time, a different tech sold me $310 worth of new sensors, didn’t fix the problem, and then tried to upsell me on a $1,200 LiftMaster… for an opener that’s only 7 years old. Here’s the kicker: I didn’t need new sensors OR a new opener. The real problem? A cut wire to the left sensor—something I found and fixed myself. The technician either missed the obvious or ignored it to push expensive, unnecessary parts. One star for wasting my money and my time. This kind of upselling and poor troubleshooting is unacceptable

Ivan was great , friendly and extremely knowledgeable and did his work efficiently and quickly. The last springs I had replaced were in 2018 and those cost me $175.00 by another company. I guess my only complaint this time would be the cost, two springs and ten door roller guides and 45 minutes of labor cost me $995.00. Seems a little steep to me but what do I know ? After all I’ve only been a contractor for 52 years. Must be due to the tariffs

I had a service call with Precision Garage Door back in 2019. I was satisfied and decided to call them again because one of the cable was about to snap. I needed the service and had to get it done. The technician was very courteous. What disappointed me was the charge on the cable. $269.00 for two 8 foot cables. Do your research and you will find that it was way too much. Total bill was $506.75.

Ivan did an excellent job on the Tube-up and a replacement broken roller bracket. Explained everything that was going to be done and he did that. I would defiantly use there service again in the future!

Derek was great! I purchased a warranty from Precision when my garage was repaired last year. I had a minor issue and called them. They dispatched a technician (Derek) the very next day and he diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly. Great service all around.

We were totally satisfied with this company. I inquired about an appointment on a Sunday evening. Someone called me within the hour. The appointment accommodated my schedule and the technician was prompt, courteous, and professional so was his work. Quotes were reasonable. We felt no pressure, he gave us options ( Quotes In a simple fix and also for an upgraded in parts and services ), he was very Knowledgeable.
