I was having trouble with my garage door and called precision for the first time after installing a little over a year ago. Michelle was very kind and patient and was able to book me an appointment the next morning. Ivan was promptly at my door right on time this morning and was very helpful and patient in explaining what was going on with my system, as I had several questions. I ended up going with the tune up for the garage door. He even helped me reset my password, while being careful not to be exposed to the passcode, as I'm not very tech savvy. I would definitely recommend!!

LONG STORY SHORT, THE GAL ON THE PHONE I TALKED TO DIDNT TELL ME THINGS THAT THE INSTALLER TOLD ME. I FELT LIKE IT WAS A BAIT AND SWITCH. Unfortunately, I forgot the persons name who scheduled our consultation, but she was VERY pleasant and efficient. Benny Urbino is definitely knowledgeable at his job and super professional. Hi, I chose your company because I had service by you about 10 years ago. Also I called on a Sunday and got an appointment on Monday morning. My garage door cable broke and the car was stuck in the garage. Mind you, this big wooden door was put in during the ‘60’s. Larger than most and veryyyyy heavy. Your technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to lift the door to get the car out and then we ordered 2 new doors with all new everything that goes with them. ????

Only giving one star so I can write this review. Only call these people if you want to be conned into having to pay their $60 service fee for absolutely nothing. They lie about what it’s going to cost to get something fixed in their office. Then when the service tech gets here it’s a whole other price. Apparently they have no communication between office and other staff. I wonder how many people they con in a day. Not worth it, save your money.
