LONG STORY SHORT, THE GAL ON THE PHONE I TALKED TO DIDNT TELL ME THINGS THAT THE INSTALLER TOLD ME. I FELT LIKE IT WAS A BAIT AND SWITCH. THATS THE SHORT STORY BUT OVER ALL IVAN DID A VERY NICE JOB AND HE WAS GOOD AT HIS JOB. I WILL USE IN THE FUTURE. BUT THE PERSON ON THE PHONE NEEDS TO GET THEIR STORY STRAIGHT. HAVE A NICE DA.

Hi, I chose your company because I had service by you about 10 years ago. Also I called on a Sunday and got an appointment on Monday morning. My garage door cable broke and the car was stuck in the garage. Mind you, this big wooden door was put in during the ‘60’s. Larger than most and veryyyyy heavy. Your technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to lift the door to get the car out and then we ordered 2 new doors with all new everything that goes with them. ????

Michael came out for a broken spring and had it fixed in under an hour in very close conditions. We were unable to open or close the door at all and it was fixed quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Precision Doors and Michael Ayala! Thank you!

Absolutely amazing!! Kenneth was so polite, professional, and just right down amazing!! Got three different quotes in the beginning of my service to choose from which I really liked because they weren’t, trying to up-sell me on anything. They just let me have some ideas to think of the would work best for us. Once I picked they started and had everything I needed. It nice to have same day service. Nowadays it’s hard to get! I’ll definitely, be recommending this company and employee Kenneth for anyone needing garage door services!! Thank you again for being so efficient and professional!! Had a Garage door issue, the dawn thing jump the track, separated the cables and would not lift. Ran the motor one more time to try and get some response from the door and nothing. All the motor did was hum. OK, that was that not going to burn this thing out. Called Precision after seeing their commercial on tv. They were direct, honest with me about scheduling and were prompt on arrival the following day as scheduled. The technician came out, met mike for the first time, pleasant gentleman, business approach and appearance and dissect the problem immediately and gave me some options that I thought was reasonable. I chose the one I liked and he went to work on it right away. Finished the job in one to two hours and I felt like I had a brand new door. Very satisfied with the work and the customer service and put them on my speed dial immediately. They will be my first call if need be. Thanks Mike for a job well done. Hope not to see you soon. Good job.

I am very impressed by the way you do business. I was surprised to get an email announcing the technician's arrival time along with pictures of your staff for verification! Your tech, Jose, explained everything to me and I fully understood why mechanisms had to be replaced etc. He showed me the defective parts. He was great!
