Well I'm very disappointed in this transaction. The service advisor quoted me $860.00 to replace two springs when I told them that that was twice what I was expecting to be billed he asked me what I was expecting. I replied that I was expecting about $400.00 and he said he would call his supervisor to see if they could reduce the amount charged. The supervisor asked if $419.00 would work and of course I said yes but if I were a customer that knew nothing about what this service should cost I would have paid double as I'm sure many people have. I can't help but feel this rips off many unsuspecting customers that would not question the charges. For this reason alone I will never do business with this company again.

Our Garage door was backed in from inside called Precision on Christmas eve they came out same day the repair man was professional and coureous and solved the problem with a new surport correction and with new springs when he finished we had our door for Chrismas day.. Thanks for the effort.

My service appointment was scheduled between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Despite two phone calls to obtain an estimated time of arrival, the technician arrived at my residence at 10:30 AM. As a first-time customer, I was deeply disappointed with the delayed arrival. Despite the technician’s professionalism and expertise, I would be hesitant to engage in future services due to the inconvenience caused by the tardiness.
