One night, I was having problems with my MyQ Liftmaster; the wall switch, the app., and all the remotes stopped working. I called the 24 hour line and was connected to an operator who scheduled an appointment. Juan "Frankie" Lopez arrived the next morning. Prior to his arrival, I received a text with Juan's name and picture, and Juan himself called to give me an update on his eta. When Juan arrived he was polite, knowledgeable, and considerate. He identified the issue as a simple programming issue and fixed in a few minutes which stumped me for hours. Juan also noticed some structural issues on the door and added some additional hardware as a courtesy. Precision and Juan Looez saved my weekend!

Be prepared to sit through a “free 25 point inspection” followed by a shady sales job. I’m so glad we got a second opinion from another company. The technician misdiagnosed the problem and wanted four times as much for the “bear” minimum - which wouldn’t have worked anyway!! Maybe we just got a bad apple technician as the company gets generally high ratings. At least they didn’t charge for the service call.
