Hello: I've been a customer for 2 years, and have had excellent service twice. Benny rebuilt my garage door and I was impressed with his skill and knowledge, happy to report everything is working fine. Recently I lost my remote control, Edgar came out and programed two remotes, I tried to do it myself and failed miserably several times, I fully recommend call out the professionals who get the job done right. It's a day after Christmas and they sent a Tech out to do a Special Tune up of our Garage Door.......we were having some issues with the noise level and movement of the doors, when engaging the remote. Our Garage door was backed in from inside called Precision on Christmas eve they came out same day the repair man was professional and coureous and solved the problem with a new surport correction and with new springs when he finished we had our door for Chrismas day.. Thanks for the effort.

Kusay was out today to look at my garage issue, this was my second person out, and by far was a better experience from the start, he gave me a few recommendations, i.did what i could afford, no pressure. I'm not happy with the service provided to me that night. The problem never got fixed but the technicians are charging me $189.95. I don't want to pay $189.95 so the guy dropped down to $89.95. How can you charge your customers if the problem never gets fixed?

Thank you for your prompt and professional support. Lubricated existing garage door rollers and replaced rubber weather strip than had become brittle and broken. A bit too expensive for scope of work and time spent.

Appointment making was a breeze. The young lady was incredibly helpful. My arrival window was between 2 and 6 pm, but Ivan called to inform me that he was in the area early. If he could come by, he did, and he resolved the issue at hand. Ivan was highly professional and provided a detailed explanation of the process.
