My technician was great! I purchased a garage door opener that I wanted on amazon, and they quickly removed the old garage door opener, installed the new one along with the sensors, garage door opener button and programmed the remotes. He let me know about the condition of the garage door but didn't pressure me into any work.

CARLOS DID A HELL OF A GOOD JOB. HE EXPLAINED WHY I NEEDED MORE WORK THAN JUST ONE SPRING. MY BARINGS WERE 20 YEARS OLD AND GOT CHANGED. HE WAS ON TIME AND HONEST ABOUT HIS WORK. I WILL USE HIM AGAIN. PERCISION WAS FAIR ABOUT THE PRICE OF WORK DONE.

I was having an issue getting my garage door to close . I had used Precision four years ago to check my opener when I purchased my home. I called today at 11 am, the tech was here at 2pm. Having seen how quiet the belt drive was I opted to replace my 20 year old opener with a new opener . My tech was Eduardo Montoya and he was excellent . Everything completed in two hours

Appointment was schedule for June 4 between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. I was called at 7:30 a.m. by technician Nick Martinez to tell me he was on his way. Nick was totally professional.
