I feel ripped off. First the technician tried to upsell me to the tune of $700 to replace wheels on our two garage doors. When I balked, he said he could lubricate the parts on the door for $200. When I hesitantly agree, I stood there and watched him take literally 2 minutes to spray WD-40 on the same wheels he said needed replacement. I could have done it in the same time for the cost of 1/10 of a can of WD40. What a rip!

Jose Perea was the tech that repaired our garage door. He showed up at 7 AM on a Saturday morning because I had an emergency and needed to get my cars out of the garage by 8 AM. Jose changed all of the springs and rollers and was done by 8. Fabulous guy and great service. Highly recommend them to anyone. Randy Easton

Our electric garage door broke down this morning - would neither open nor close. Called Precision randomly, as it was one of the garage door companies listed on Google. Knew NOTHING about your company. Carlos arrived here within just a few hours, diagnosed the problems, (mostly due to an old,15 year old system) and installed all new mechanics, springs, etc. in less than three hours. Now our garage door runs smoothly, reliably and much more quietly. We are 100% pleased and impressed with your company.

When something goes wrong and as the owner you have no idea what is wrong. Li diagnosed what was wrong and gave me the various ways of repair. This is the worst retail experience of my life! We had a garage emergency, called the office who gave us misinformation not once, but three times. When we finally got someone to come out, it took 6 days for the appointment. I paid the amount in full and the day of the install we received a call stating it would be $400 additional to take the old door away. You should be ashamed of yourself for this disgusting and dishonest behavior! I will make a point to share my story on every outlet.

Wow! I was just robbed! Twice! Once by the theif who broke into my car and the by Precision Garage Door! Absolute worst company to do business with. The Technician told me Since I tampered with the opener it would be $250 to reprogram. What? All I did was program new remote controls. It took him a whole 3 minutes to fix it. Absolutely inappropriate charges. I expected to pay something but didn't expect to be robbed twice! I won't be calling again.

My technician was great! I purchased a garage door opener that I wanted on amazon, and they quickly removed the old garage door opener, installed the new one along with the sensors, garage door opener button and programmed the remotes. He let me know about the condition of the garage door but didn't pressure me into any work.
