Rook (sp?) did a great job. Came out on a Sunday during the Coronavirus epidemic and made our garage door better than new. The day before, a rake got jammed in the side of the garage door when it was being lowered. The top center of the door caved in. He replaced the top strut, opener connecting piece, springs, and readjusted the door.

My technician (Jeffrey) was FANTASTIC. He called me in advance to fine-tune a few details related to what parts would be needed to make my necessary repairs. He was on time, professional, and timely with his repair. He then went over the work that he performed and discussed preventive maintenance steps as well. Great job! Thank you.

Bill was informative and helpful besides being honest and a nice guy. He did the evaluation and I believe Mark will come out tomorrow to correct the installation he did of the new door. It is an inch too narrow and is letting in spiders, hot air, etc. The remote also quit working which is apparently a factory issue that perhaps should be communicated to any customers that have the product as you can. All in All I will use you again and recommend you too!
