They offered a free estimate..sent me pics of the tech that was on his way. He arrived on time, clean polite and competent . He gave me a c complete estimate before doing any work. He fixed my garage door springs in short order . He cleaned up everything and had me operate the door to make sure it worked.

An accident involving car vs garage door resulted in a severely damaged garage door occured on Saturday. I'll called Precision who sent their technician, Kusay out promptly. He determined, what we already knew, the door would hsve to be replaced! No surprise! He checked and assured me that they had the exact door in stock and could be out on Monday morning to remove & replace the the damaged door. He and Carlos showed up on time and got right to work! These two men were awesome! They were both personable, professional and highly skilled. In less than two hours the job was complete andd looked beautiful. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door without the slightest reservervation.
