We had Precision Garage Door come to our house. Manny arrived early and provided excellent advice and gave us a couple of options for the repair. We rent an old house which made things a little difficult due to the weight of the door. By providing different options it gave our landlord the option to repair the door or replace everything to get life time warranty . He traveled 50 miles and didn’t charge us for the bid. My technician Ivan was a true professional and had the door with new brackets and reset with in the hour.its was hot and smelly since we could no longer open the the to ventilate. He also made several future replacements that would be beneficial to our use. Will definitely use them again.

Thank you for your prompt and professional support. Lubricated existing garage door rollers and replaced rubber weather strip than had become brittle and broken. A bit too expensive for scope of work and time spent.

Ivan was great , friendly and extremely knowledgeable and did his work efficiently and quickly. The last springs I had replaced were in 2018 and those cost me $175.00 by another company. I guess my only complaint this time would be the cost, two springs and ten door roller guides and 45 minutes of labor cost me $995.00. Seems a little steep to me but what do I know ? After all I’ve only been a contractor for 52 years. Must be due to the tariffs

My neighbor suggested calling you, that’s how I got your number. 1st day; Carlos was very professional, courteous,…. He did the checkup and explained what wasn’t working, door opener, but that everything else seem to be working: door, rollers, …. 2nd day: He started the work and when finished he explained how to use the door opener on the wall. He also said that it had a life time warranty. I can only hope that this garage opener will last for a number of years like he said and that I wouldn’t have any problems with it in the near by future. I felt along, with my neighbor that it was a bit costly but hopefully I made the right choice.

The technician arrived on time and was professional and answered all my questions and concerns. I needed a new spring, bearing plate, and two cables for my single car garage door. The technician had the repair completed in under 1/2 hour. I had chosen the $499 plan. Replacing coil springs is dangerous work even if you know what you are doing. I leave it to the experts. My only reason for a four star review is that on my receipt there was no charge for labor and only the prices of the new parts installed and no 'pass' or 'fail'check marks for the inspection points on the receipt provided me.

I chose Precision as they had done repairs on my garage door two years earlier. The work done this time was great. I got a new motor, rotating chain drive and 10 new nylon wheels. The cost concerned me. I was told on the phone that the motor would cost $499.00. The repairman told me he was using a new model and the cost was $799.00. I am assuming labor costs were included in the price. It runs much quieter now. I like the lifetime warranty on the motor.

The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. We had a new motor installed, but I didn't ask if there were less expensive ones for a 2 car garage door. It was pricey, but I believe good quality. We've used Precision before.
