Ivan was great , friendly and extremely knowledgeable and did his work efficiently and quickly. The last springs I had replaced were in 2018 and those cost me $175.00 by another company. I guess my only complaint this time would be the cost, two springs and ten door roller guides and 45 minutes of labor cost me $995.00. Seems a little steep to me but what do I know ? After all I’ve only been a contractor for 52 years. Must be due to the tariffs

My neighbor suggested calling you, that’s how I got your number. 1st day; Carlos was very professional, courteous,…. He did the checkup and explained what wasn’t working, door opener, but that everything else seem to be working: door, rollers, …. 2nd day: He started the work and when finished he explained how to use the door opener on the wall. He also said that it had a life time warranty. I can only hope that this garage opener will last for a number of years like he said and that I wouldn’t have any problems with it in the near by future. I felt along, with my neighbor that it was a bit costly but hopefully I made the right choice.

The technician arrived on time and was professional and answered all my questions and concerns. I needed a new spring, bearing plate, and two cables for my single car garage door. The technician had the repair completed in under 1/2 hour. I had chosen the $499 plan. Replacing coil springs is dangerous work even if you know what you are doing. I leave it to the experts. My only reason for a four star review is that on my receipt there was no charge for labor and only the prices of the new parts installed and no 'pass' or 'fail'check marks for the inspection points on the receipt provided me.

I chose Precision as they had done repairs on my garage door two years earlier. The work done this time was great. I got a new motor, rotating chain drive and 10 new nylon wheels. The cost concerned me. I was told on the phone that the motor would cost $499.00. The repairman told me he was using a new model and the cost was $799.00. I am assuming labor costs were included in the price. It runs much quieter now. I like the lifetime warranty on the motor.

Gilbert showed up on time and made both garage door operate like new. Thank you for that! The only item I found a bit off is the large chunk of garage siding he took off so that the garage door trim wouldn't scape the siding. It would have looked better to just sand off the trim. I tried staining. But it still looks pretty bad. We talked about doing what he did but when we talked it was just a small area 1/2" by 4". The chunk he took out was 1" by 11".

Well done web site and good reviews attracted me. A waived $49.99 travel to my home fee with work performed made it even sweeter. $89-109 for an INSTALLED door cable. Acceptable. Installing a $5 brace ? I figured $150-$200 tops. Then I get the $358 bill. Blew my mind. Does my door work. Yes. Was the tech professional and courteous. Yes. Am I happy with the service. Yes. Am I happy with that bill. No.

Thank you Mr. Facio for your review. I am sorry that you are not happy with the final invoice. With many mechanical systems it is difficult to visually determine what is causing a malfunction. Our process is to totally inspect the garage door system so you know the condition of your system. Then we inform you of what it costs for variations of the repair, and have you decide how much of the repair you want done. Obviously you are happy with the proper functionality and safety of your door, which is most important. We use the best parts for our repairs, so even though you paid more than you expected, it is a great value. Thank you so much for being our customer.

The price was a little high. Otherwise, service was excellent, prompt, and done well.
