We had a small accident that bent our garage door and bumped it off the track. We were given an appointment quickly and our Precision service provider arrived promptly. He gave us options regarding panel replacement and door replacement. He also offered to put the door back on track, tweak the bent panel to get it back in position as good as possible and send us an estimate on a replacement door. We went for this last suggestion. He was very courteous and helpful. When we are ready to replace our door, we will be calling on Precision again. Thank you!

Mark did a excellent job. He did take a long time to install but the door is more quiet, smooth running, and powerful. I would suggest he vacuum the particulate material he created. My garage is carpeted and I keep it vacuumed. He worked very hard to get it right. Appreciate his exactness.
