Our electric garage door broke down this morning - would neither open nor close. Called Precision randomly, as it was one of the garage door companies listed on Google. Knew NOTHING about your company. Carlos arrived here within just a few hours, diagnosed the problems, (mostly due to an old,15 year old system) and installed all new mechanics, springs, etc. in less than three hours. Now our garage door runs smoothly, reliably and much more quietly. We are 100% pleased and impressed with your company.

Fantastic, courteous service--I was thoroughly impressed. I was able to book a same-day appointment because our door opener was malfunctioning and we were at our wit's end trying to diagnose the cause. Nick Martinez drove all the way out from several cities away to investigate only to find---to our embarrassment---that it was just a broom handle blocking the failsafe electric eye sensor. Doh. Nick handled the situation with grace and good humor, and even took the time to walk us through maintenance tips to extend the life of our system. He refused to let us pay for the service call, even though it was our own mistake. We will definitely be using Precision Door Service for all of needs in the future, and can't recommend them highly enough! Thanks, Nick and Precision!

My estimating) 30 Your old garage door finally gave out and we needed somebody to give us some help. Jorge Came out and did a very thorough rework and I was very happy with his work. I have an old garage door (one piece, not panels) and a spring had broken. I told them this when I called to make the appointment. The rep, who was on time and very friendly by the way, told me that the garage door is old and outdated and that springs are not readily available. He recommended replacing the door for $699 I believe, and when I said that is not in the budget, he immediately called and lowered the price to $649. That was a red flag for sure. I decided to check other companies, and found a local company who was here within an hours time with two springs- only one had broken, but they are old, so better to replace both. He was able to buy the springs locally and install. Total cost $169 including labor and parts. I am a realtor and constantly get requests for good service providers. I would never recommend this company.

Mr. Heyl, I am sorry that we did not meet your needs. Your door is a one piece door and requires a different spring. I apologize for my technician saying they are not available, because they are.. So, he made a mistake on that and we have already counseled him on it.. The $699 was obviously for a new door which was not absolutely necessary. However, I am happy that you were taken care of (it seems by a handyman), as our price would have higher that what you stated you paid. I apologize for your experience with us.

Excellent service! Our door stopped halfway down exposing the contents of our garage late in the afternoon. We called and explained that we were scheduled to go out of town the following morning. A very knowledgeable repairman, Bill, arrived soon after my call and repaired the door and serviced it within an hour and a half. It’s working better and quieter than it ever has! Would definitely recommend them to others.

First contact (I didn't get name) was cheerful and her smile easily made it across the phone line. She advised that a tech guy was in the area and she'd make room for me. I had just been told by another Precision door company who told me a three day wait was in the cards due to the severe wind storm we had here on 3/30. She was pleasant enough but really didn't sound like new business was important to her. The other Precision door number was already in my phone from a previous service I must have had. Needing immediate service prompted me to start calling from the internet listings I could find and I found you folks. Jose topped the service caLL off by being super face to face and actually careing for my problem and called to confirm the appointment made through your office. He was an early finisher on the job before mine and was super pleasant and accommodating. I was impressed at his interest in my problem and his determination to fix it to my liking.
