Going on the great reviews I decided to go with this company. The tech working appeared knowledgeable and stated he was the field supervisor Jose. He worked fast and about 30 min later and $1200 for springs, rollers and everything but a new motor , the work was done. I asked why so expensive?Jose replied because of increased price since Covid , fast work, quick response and great customer service. I noticed 2 days later that all the silicone bled out on the exterior of the garage. I texted Jose and no answer after 4 hrs. I called and he replied yep That’s silicone. I asked if he could come back and get it off and he said “ oh you want me to do it”? I said yes. He said he would txt me a date that would work for both of us and I haven’t heard back from him. It’s 3 weeks . I texted again and no reply . Once they get your money if something’s wrong you forget it. Beware ! Too expensive and they don’t hold up to a honest commitment !

Way over priced $600 for 2 tortion Springs It charged a $109 for 2 cables that I didn't need 93 bucks for spraying the wheels with lube spray and failing me on a bunch of stuff on the check list that are not bad and a199.00 per spring after I found the same ones on line for 49 bucks and the invoice shows both springs with the same part number but one is 3 inches shorter and worst the the door is making all kinds of snapping noises it didn't have before I'm afraid to even call them back just not fare!!!!

#1 The work was done, but it didn't start out good. He came with insults right away, calling us a couple of old people, it got my hackles up and I said "I don't like that" then he said he should have called us elderly people. Huh? #2 After they left, I started seeing that Everything was greasy...everything they touched or replaced is greasy the plastic covers of garage motor light bulbs is filthy with grease, outside on garage door where weather strip is greasy and crossbars on inside filthy with grease. Greasy handprints, finger prints NOT GOOD, Aggravated!!! Replaced spring, rollers, cable (everything BUT the garage door motor)

The good part is of this experience was their technician, Eric, was very efficient. he only took 15 minutes to replace both springs although only one was broken. The bad part of this experience was the deception in the way this company does business. When I called to make the appointment I provided the exact size of the broken spring and asked what the repair would cost. I was quoted a reasonable price. When Eric arrived he told me the repair would cost more than twice what I was quoted or I could pay a $49 "service fee" for him to do nothing. Next time I will order the springs online and do the replacement myself or hire a competent handyman.

I currently have a precision opener and the performance and quiet operation of the opener is the best. However upon making an appt to have an additional opener installed in another garage I was told a technician would be out to provide me an estimate. An appt was scheduled. On appt day 2 technicians arrived and instantly advised my existing opener sounded terrible as well as my garage door and all needed repair. Then they proceeded to to try and upsell me on services I expressed I was not interested in. I requested a quote on garage door opener and installation only and again received the high pressure sales tactic to install NOW. Fortunately I did not cave to the pressure and requested a quote in writing which I did promptly receive via email. I love my existing precision opener and know that it is worth a bit more money for a quality product. But for me personally I will go with another company before I deal with poor customer service. A professional discussion of what I want and what is available (including upgraded options) without the NOW or never pressure is so much nicer.

The tech Mike was great. My only problem was the labor cost. I cant believe you guys would charge 250 dollars for labor on a 30 minute job. The parts were only 60 dollars. The labor cost are outrageous.

Sales Rep/Technicians and Admin just want to upsell and have not much concern about the safety of their customers. I called main office and told that my garage door is falling apart and not safe. Toi Green told me that someone will come and fix the door before they will replace it once the product will arrive but I have not heard from her anymore and did not returned back my calls as she promised. I was told by the initial sales person/Technician that my new garage will arrive within 3 weeks that is why I ordered the expensive garage after upselling me with better quality product but in reality it will not be delivered for more than 4 weeks. FYI, I called for a repair because I have the warranty from previous services from this company but I was sold the "upgraded" whole garage door assembly instead (door, motor, belt, spring, etc) Services NOT recommended.

Had a new garage door opener installed back in March 2015. The installation was fast, on time and very professional. What I have a big problem with is a with customer service. I order a 2nd remote to be sent by mail, still waiting. Called there office on 3 separate occasions where I was to get a call back from a manager, still waiting. I wonder if I have a real problem if I will get the same ind of response!

I don't know how we could have missed or mishandled 3 calls on this subject. However, I spoke with Mr. Littlejohn today, apologized for our apparent mistake(s) and assured him that his remote would be delivered TODAY. And it was.
They came on Wednesday. Charged 50 percent down. Instead of the manditory 10 percent. After the down payment was made. He told me someone will be in touch for install date. Here it is two days later and no-one has called yet.

The two reasons I cannot give 5 stars for your service to remove and replace the springs on my garage door. First, I had originally scheduled a service call for Friday evening. No one called or showed up to do the job. If I have received a call to reschedule because of a previous job taking longer than expected, I would have graciously understood. But no call at all???! Second, I asked the technician on the phone to send me an invoice for the work. This has not been done! I need an invoice please for my business books. I think you will understand my request. Thank you, I hope our next visit by Precision will be better. Robert Allan Sakima.firstname.lastname@example.org

The fact that we didn't show up on Friday night was our scheduling mistake...the technician did not realize this call was scheduled. Our process is to call ahead of time to let the customer know the time of arrival but the tech had no knowledge of the call. My apology to Mr. Allan. Don Taylor, President In regards to the comment on not receiving an invoice, here is Mr. Allan's email: Thank you for the invoice. Please ignore my comment on my review that stated that I had not received one; I simply did not see it in my inbox. Thank you again.
