***** Technician Bill Weber arrived on time and replaced broken springs, balanced door suspension and checked operation very professionally and fully meeting my expectations. I called Precision because they have licensed technicians and also because they repair garage doors. I called and was pleasantly surprised that they could be here in 2hrs. Our Technician, Jorge, fixed our door and took the time to explain how they work! Jorge was great and didn’t try to upsell me on anything!!
