Outstanding service. Thanks to Mr. Carlos Barragan. Let me explain. Originally I just wanted to get my springs replaced but after Mr. Barragan explained what else could be an issue later on down the line, I am very glad I had everything replaced except the door. After looking more closely at everything, we noticed that some of the brackets were already cracked, the rollers were not sealed and you could see the bearings. Replaced the motors as they were starting to go out as well. The cable itself was showing a lot of wear and tear and was very thin. Now everything is nice and quiet. Basically, I was saved from costly repairs later on if I had just waited for other things to break. As you know, prices increase every year.

I was having an Issue with a couple of broken wheels and the cable that attaches to the wind up springs came undone leaving the door unusable ( WIDE OPEN ) I managed to get the door closed with the help of another Garage Door Repair service and after an hour of watching this character trying to operate a ratchet and try and sell me everything on his truck I asked him to Leave. I looked up Precision Door and called at 9PM and the 24Hr service booked a appointment for the morning, a Technician Benny Urbino showed up on time made several suggestions for the repair and the door was operating flawlessly in no time flat ,Awesome technician We will be calling in the future for parts or repairs.

3/6/2024 I called about noon today because my garage door spring broke last night. I spoke with Tanner and he was able to set an appointment for today. About an hour later, Benny Urbino called and said he would be here in about 20 min. Benny was able to look at the door and provide us with cost options on what was needed to replace the spring. Benny was incredibly knowledgeable, and was able to provide us additional information on replacement parts he saw as being worn and would need future attention/replacement due to age. Benny was able to replace all of the worn parts quickly and had our garage door ready for use with in an hour and half. He replaced rollers, spring, cables and drums, and hinges, and now we have a lifetime warranty. Benny did a great job, cleaned up, was extremely polite, professional, and answered all of our questions. If you haven't checked your garage door in a while (like over 10 yrs, like me) call and ask for Benny! Thank you, Benny!!

I backed into my garage door late Friday afternoon. Really did a number on the door! After figuring out how to get the door closed, I contacted Precision Garage doors via "Contact Us" on my computer. I was contacted almost immediately. I set up an appointment for Monday morning between 8:00 and 10:00am. My tech. Benny arrived on time (much to my surprise he was a little early, Awesome!!!!!) He looked at what the situation was and gave me an estimate within minutes. He made a few minor adjustments and ordered the door panel. His professionalism was second to none. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors and Benny.

He was on time and called us to let us know he was on his way...walked me thru the issue we had so I understood completely what was needed / reviewed the process and explained all costs up front! He went the "extra distance" in customer service as he went above and beyond to satisfy us and complete the job correctly not the easy way out.. (nobody does customer service anymore..) He did! I called Precision Door to help me fix my garage door drums after many failed attempts to do so myself. After 5 minutes of the technician arriving, he quickly pointed out numerous issues with the mechanics of the door and offered three options to solve the problem. Although I wasn’t prepared for the expense, he easily explained an affordable payment plan and completely replaced/explained the work he had completed in less than an hour! Before leaving, the technician (Jorge) gave me some pointers on how to maintain and evaluate my garage door for minimal maintenance. Excellent service with day-of response, detailed explanation of the issues my door system had, and flexible payment plan. Highly recommend.

I chose Precision Garage door based on the reviews I read. Derek called to verify and let me know if his arrival, he talked me through what my garage door “needed” right now to operate well. He then help me understand what I may need in the future, or my desire for a new door. The service was quick, he explained everything he did. He removed the old sensor wiring to help me with my anxiety of too many wires everywhere - I can NOT say enough on how Derek performed in a professional manner, arrived on time, discussed my options and once we agreed on a price - he completed the work to my satisfaction and took away his trash! Thank you Derek for making one thing easier in my life today!
