The Technician, Jorge Fortanel, was courteous, on time, and very professional. He inspected the garage door and found the problem. He explained the cost and what that covered. He did an OUTSTANDING JOB!!!! He performed an excellent job in a timely manner. I could not have asked for a better person. Jorge is great ambassador to Precision Garage Door Service. Garage door completely went south on my way to work at 5:45 AM. How you see garage doors go south on TV, that was mine. Had used Precision several years ago and did not think to call anyone else. They were open at 5:45 AM and a technician was scheduled to come out between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM the same day. Edgar Sanchez, who was fantastic, arrived before 2:00 PM and waited for me until I arrived about 10 minutes later. Accessed the issue and after honestly discussing several options, with no pressure whatsoever on any option, we both agreed with the stress the garage door endured, everything had to be replaced, with a couple of items free of charge (that was very nice, which we appreciated). We were able to get the garage door fully down and held up until the new one was installed. Gave us a window of 3 weeks. The garage door came a week later. Carlos came out, removed everything that was to be replaced and installed everything in a little over an hour. Carlos was absolutely amazing and a very nice guy to talk with. Precision was fabulous from the initial phone call to the installation. I would not recommend any other garage door service other than Precision. If you want your garage door installed with outstanding customer service, you will never go wrong with Precision. Knowing the shape my garage door was in and no exaggeration, with the new one and all accessories installed, I am thankful for and enthusiastically recommend Precision.

Two respectful young men showed up early for the appointed time. One was Jorge who had installed our garage door two years ago. Through no fault of their own, the battery failed. They performed a free check on the garage door opener and associated hardware. They replaced the battery and upheld the warranty. No charge. They gave me a short class on garage door settings and how to use the keypad for adjustments. Two true professionals. I strongly recommend Precision Door Services.

My garage door stop working, so a friend suggested "Precision Garage Door Service," it was a Sunday early afternoon and I was able to make an appointment a couple of hours later, no extra charge. Ivan the technician called to let me know his ETA and was here on time. After I explained my situation, he gave a couple of options. The price was good and competitive (I checked) I was happy with it. About or less than an hour later all was done. He explained how to use it, how to put in passwords. Gave all the necessary information and paperwork and that was it. Easy, painless, good price, the motor has lifetime warranty. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!

Precision installed our new LiftMaster garage door opener in late 2021. It has worked great since installation. Today our backup battery started beeping every 30 seconds, so it needed replacement. We called this morning and Precision immediately set up an appointment for today between noon and 2:00 pm. The technician, Jorge, phoned me and arrived on time. Very professional, personable and knowledgeable. We contacted Precision Door on a Saturday evening and had a new motor installed within a couple of hours on the following Monday morning. Carlos gave us options and is a total pro! I had an appointment for between 2-6. I called the company to see when they would be arriving before 2:00. They were going to have the technician call to update me because they could not get ahold of him. I never got a call back. My daughter ran out to get gas for a short time because they had not called me. I called the company a second time at 4:45 since I had not received a phone call. They said he tried to call twice and no one answered and that he stopped by and no one was there so he left. I have a doorbell camera he said he came at 4:30. I have no video of him at the door. Cameras don't lie. I checked my recent phone calls and nothing came through and no voicemail was left. I had my phone on me all day so I would not miss a call from them. I also did not get a text. Now they can not reschedule until tomorrow so my daughter would have to stay home for 4 hours again tomorrow. Horrible customer service. I will be finding a different company to use. If you are needing quick reliable service don't use this company.

HE WAS SUPPOUSE TO CALL ME BEFORE ARRIVAL, NEVER DID, I WAS NOT READY BUT PULLED OUT CARS, AFTER HE TELLS ME THE PRICE I TOLD HIM NO THANK YOU, THAT WAS NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD BY THE LADY WHO SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT, WHEN I PURCHASED THE DOOR I WAS SUPOSE TO GET SOME FREE TUNE UPS, LADY TOLD ME THAT THE WARRANTY DEPT, WAS GOING TO CALL ME AND DISSCUSS IT, THEY NEVER DID, VERY DISSAPOINTED AFTER I PURCHASED A 5000.00 DLLS DOOR AND EVERYTHING STARTED SINCE DAY ONE BECAUSE DOOR WAS NOT WITH THE HARDWARE THAT I CHOSED, THE INSTALLER TOLD ME THAT WAS GOING TO BE LIKE 800.00 DLLS MORE, TERRIBLE SITUATION, LUCKLY THAT GOT TAKEN CARE OFF, BUT I FEEL LIKE NOT RECOMENDING YOU GUYS.
