I can't say enough good things about the young man who installed a new garage opener for me today. Jorge was extremely professional and courteous in conversing with me and answering all my questions. The new garage door opener is working perfectly, and I am very pleased with the new wall button and lighting. I would never hesitate to use Premier again.!

So one of my brackets came off a panel on door. Called them and they set up appointment quickly. Edgar came out (and I have ring in my garage) from the time he walked into my garage to the time he gave me a 1580.00 estimate WALKED into garage. 9:18:23am to GAVE estimate 9:21:36. A total of 3 mins and 13 seconds he spent in my garage.. oh by the way my car was also in garage and I moved it during this time frame.. so wow calling someone else. Dont trust them!

First of all I need to thank Derek Olear when he came out on August 22 and checked out our garage due to an issue we were having with it. He is the one that mentioned the special that your company was having which made our decision to finally get a whole new door and motor so much easier. We had the new door with new motor installed on August 29th. The installer Carlos Jaquez and his assistant which unfortunately I do not know his name but we do want to give that person credit also. They both did a great job. They were both very pleasant and efficient. The door looks great and, oh my, so much quieter than our old door. His assistant even helped me to get the car paired with the new motor. Overall we were very pleased with everything. Your company has helped us in the past with our old door a couple of times and so we are very happy that we made the decision to stay with your company. Thank you again. Charlotte and Michael

The Technician, Jorge Fortanel, was courteous, on time, and very professional. He inspected the garage door and found the problem. He explained the cost and what that covered. Garage door completely went south on my way to work at 5:45 AM. How you see garage doors go south on TV, that was mine. Had used Precision several years ago and did not think to call anyone else. They were open at 5:45 AM and a technician was scheduled to come out between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM the same day. Edgar Sanchez, who was fantastic, arrived before 2:00 PM and waited for me until I arrived about 10 minutes later. Accessed the issue and after honestly discussing several options, with no pressure whatsoever on any option, we both agreed with the stress the garage door endured, everything had to be replaced, with a couple of items free of charge (that was very nice, which we appreciated). We were able to get the garage door fully down and held up until the new one was installed. Gave us a window of 3 weeks. The garage door came a week later. Carlos came out, removed everything that was to be replaced and installed everything in a little over an hour. Carlos was absolutely amazing and a very nice guy to talk with. Precision was fabulous from the initial phone call to the installation. I would not recommend any other garage door service other than Precision. If you want your garage door installed with outstanding customer service, you will never go wrong with Precision. Knowing the shape my garage door was in and no exaggeration, with the new one and all accessories installed, I am thankful for and enthusiastically recommend Precision.

Best in the Inland Empire. I only gave 4 stars, due to no service over the weekend. However, that probably factored in the reasonable amount I paid for the service I received. Very knowledgeable technician and outstanding customer service. I'm a life long customer now.

Two respectful young men showed up early for the appointed time. One was Jorge who had installed our garage door two years ago. Through no fault of their own, the battery failed. They performed a free check on the garage door opener and associated hardware. They replaced the battery and upheld the warranty. No charge. They gave me a short class on garage door settings and how to use the keypad for adjustments. Two true professionals. I strongly recommend Precision Door Services.

My garage door stop working, so a friend suggested "Precision Garage Door Service," it was a Sunday early afternoon and I was able to make an appointment a couple of hours later, no extra charge. Ivan the technician called to let me know his ETA and was here on time. After I explained my situation, he gave a couple of options. The price was good and competitive (I checked) I was happy with it. About or less than an hour later all was done. He explained how to use it, how to put in passwords. Gave all the necessary information and paperwork and that was it. Easy, painless, good price, the motor has lifetime warranty. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!
