Two respectful young men showed up early for the appointed time. One was Jorge who had installed our garage door two years ago. Through no fault of their own, the battery failed. They performed a free check on the garage door opener and associated hardware. They replaced the battery and upheld the warranty. No charge. They gave me a short class on garage door settings and how to use the keypad for adjustments. Two true professionals. I strongly recommend Precision Door Services.

My garage door stop working, so a friend suggested "Precision Garage Door Service," it was a Sunday early afternoon and I was able to make an appointment a couple of hours later, no extra charge. Ivan the technician called to let me know his ETA and was here on time. After I explained my situation, he gave a couple of options. The price was good and competitive (I checked) I was happy with it. About or less than an hour later all was done. He explained how to use it, how to put in passwords. Gave all the necessary information and paperwork and that was it. Easy, painless, good price, the motor has lifetime warranty. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!

Precision installed our new LiftMaster garage door opener in late 2021. It has worked great since installation. Today our backup battery started beeping every 30 seconds, so it needed replacement. We called this morning and Precision immediately set up an appointment for today between noon and 2:00 pm. The technician, Jorge, phoned me and arrived on time. Very professional, personable and knowledgeable. We contacted Precision Door on a Saturday evening and had a new motor installed within a couple of hours on the following Monday morning. Carlos gave us options and is a total pro! I had an appointment for between 2-6. I called the company to see when they would be arriving before 2:00. They were going to have the technician call to update me because they could not get ahold of him. I never got a call back. My daughter ran out to get gas for a short time because they had not called me. I called the company a second time at 4:45 since I had not received a phone call. They said he tried to call twice and no one answered and that he stopped by and no one was there so he left. I have a doorbell camera he said he came at 4:30. I have no video of him at the door. Cameras don't lie. I checked my recent phone calls and nothing came through and no voicemail was left. I had my phone on me all day so I would not miss a call from them. I also did not get a text. Now they can not reschedule until tomorrow so my daughter would have to stay home for 4 hours again tomorrow. Horrible customer service. I will be finding a different company to use. If you are needing quick reliable service don't use this company.

"Wi-Fi connection" It started when I upgraded my wifi the connection was lost. I'd tried the step by step to reconnect even when in youtube but nothing was done. So I called Precision explain the situation. The next day a technician came to my house holding a tablet trying to reconnect the wifi. I provided the wifi name and password. He was unable to reconnect and he sated that I should contact myQ apps and see what can they do or even my internet provider they too I should contact and see if they can resolve my wifi issue. REALLY!!! What a "BS" very very disappointed. I didn't realize he was the only technician in working in the field that he has never encounter a customer like me with wifi issue. Talk about lack of knowledge, skills and etc. How about calling someone a co-worker or someone who might know about wifi issue in garage door opener. I am sure I wasn't the only person in the stated of California has wifi issue. He didn't even do that. I end up spending $160. for nothing. I had to ask my co-workers at work they had explain step by step what I need to be done. Problem solve thanks to my co-works.
