We noticed our garage spring had broke. I called Precision door service and they had a tech out in about an hour. our tech was Jose Perea he went over everything we needed to do and replaced the springs in no time at all. Jose was very nice and his work was excellent. He gave us a great price and the door is working beautiful. thanks again Jose and Precision garage door.

One call is all it took. our door jammed about 1/2way open. Called Precision and service Technician, Benny Ubrino was here with in 2 hours. Very polite young man that knows his stuff. rebuilt the door and was out of here in less than 2 hrs the door has never worked so well. Very Impressed with Precision and staff. I recommend them.

This morning the garage door spring snapped and broke both side cables and the door opener. Jose Perea came out the same day and got hot on the job. He was super polite, experienced and professional. I selected Precision Door service based on the reviews I’d seen from yelp and Google. My garage door was making a lot of noise and the garage door opener seemed to be laboring to open and close the door. I wanted it checked to make sure everything was working properly so as not to burn out the motor on the door opener. Ivan came out same day and on time. He was very professional and helpful. He tested everything and showed me the opener and garage door were working properly. While he was there I had him do a tune up and he also helped me install the MyQ app on my phone. Went above and beyond. Very happy with the service and his knowledge and experience he had. Definitely would recommend this company for any garage door needs.

BEWARE!! Terrible company, I needed a new backup battery for my garage. They did not tell me on the phone if it was under warranty. They Charged me $219.95 for a battery that when I looked online and at home depot was under $50.00 then I get my invoice and they actually charged me $99.00 for work they never did. I tried to call several times they keep telling me they will get back to me but never do. They just keep giving me a run around. I will never use this company again.

We needed to have our third garage door serviced - the opener was not operating properly.
