The staff made an appointment right away at the best time for me. Our repairman was on time, cheerful, went right to work, didn't complain about the messy garage and did a great job. There was an issue with my payment card and he was very patient while we worked things out. I am very happy with the service we received from Precision Garage Door Service and highly recommend them.

We had our garage door serviced in Friday, June 23, 2023 by Jorge Fontanel. His outstanding service was the best we’ve experienced in a long time. He was on time, courteous, carefully explained all our options and related costs, and cleaned up when the job was complete. Jorge called before arriving. Left message on main number called alt number and spoke to husband arrived on time. Diagnosed problem quickly and have estimate explained in detail all that was involved. Quickly and professionally repaired garage door. We are happy to be up and running. Also, we were happy that there was someone to take our call for service on Saturday evening till 8:00 pm.

Your service man was the most polite helpful person. I am in a wheel chair and don't get up on ladders any more. The lights in the opener device were burned out and I had extra bulbs and He was kind enough to replace them for me. I believe he represent your co. well, I would like him back, Thank you!

I called Precision Door Service last night because one of my garage door tension springs had snapped, and they had a repairman (Liam) show up the next morning, He was helpful and professional and gave me a great price to replace both of my garage door tension springs; and it was less than the two other quotes I had received already. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for garage door services. They are a great company, and I don't typically write reviews.

The door is working fine. I feel the price was too much. Your office promised an arrival time of between 12:00 - 2:00. The tech called me at 1:47 that he would be about 30 to 45 minutes late. He got here at 4:00. After giving me an estimate of $900.00 I told him that was high. He then started you can call someone else. I told him it was too late to get someone here. (Bad Service)

Justin was able to come out to my home same day wich was very convenient! He installed a new garage door motor and preformed some maintenance on my hinges and barrings etc. He also installed a new key pad for me. Justin was wonderful to work with and he also educated me on some basic maintenance I can do myself. I would definitely reccomend Precision for any service needs and will be 100% using them in the future when needed. Thanks Justin!!

Spring broke on our garage door with a loud pop at 7:30am this morning. Called Precision Door at 10:45am and done by 2pm a new spring. That is prompt service. Carlos Barragan was great communicating on the problem, options to solve the problem and in general great explanation of next steps.

I chose Precision Door Service because of the commercials on TV and a lack of knowledge of other garage door companies and a dissatisfaction with the last two companies that I used. My experience with Precision was absolutely fantastic, which is not always the case with all service companies. The technician that assisted me with my garage door opener was excellent! He explained all of the options available in a very friendly and courteous manner. He did an awesome job and completed the work under two hours! I now have a garage opener that is smooth (not noisy) and has a light! I am extremely impressed with Precision! I am definitely a customer for life!

Precision Door Service(s) were referred to me from a neighbor. Appt. was made, Service Technician Jorge Fortanel called within the stated time window and called when 20 minutes. A safety inspection of all components were performed and shared(already noting springs were broke). New springs and plates, garage door chain/belt was adjusted to alignment and rolling guides were cleaned. Expectations, Problem Solving, Courtesy, and Professionalism were Noted: One word describes my experience, OUTSTANDING.
