I was having an Issue with a couple of broken wheels and the cable that attaches to the wind up springs came undone leaving the door unusable ( WIDE OPEN ) I managed to get the door closed with the help of another Garage Door Repair service and after an hour of watching this character trying to operate a ratchet and try and sell me everything on his truck I asked him to Leave. I looked up Precision Door and called at 9PM and the 24Hr service booked a appointment for the morning, a Technician Benny Urbino showed up on time made several suggestions for the repair and the door was operating flawlessly in no time flat ,Awesome technician We will be calling in the future for parts or repairs.

I chose Precision Garage door based on the reviews I read. Derek called to verify and let me know if his arrival, he talked me through what my garage door “needed” right now to operate well. He then help me understand what I may need in the future, or my desire for a new door. The service was quick, he explained everything he did. He removed the old sensor wiring to help me with my anxiety of too many wires everywhere - I can NOT say enough on how Derek performed in a professional manner, arrived on time, discussed my options and once we agreed on a price - he completed the work to my satisfaction and took away his trash! Thank you Derek for making one thing easier in my life today!

I guess you better be careful if you call for at tec to just look at the door, and you forget your warranty is only for 1year , l just paid 59 dollars for NOTHING ????

Precision Door Service(s) were referred to me from a neighbor. Appt. was made, Service Technician Jorge Fortanel called within the stated time window and called when 20 minutes. A safety inspection of all components were performed and shared(already noting springs were broke). New springs and plates, garage door chain/belt was adjusted to alignment and rolling guides were cleaned. Expectations, Problem Solving, Courtesy, and Professionalism were Noted: One word describes my experience, OUTSTANDING.

The staff made an appointment right away at the best time for me. Our repairman was on time, cheerful, went right to work, didn't complain about the messy garage and did a great job. The door is working fine. I feel the price was too much. Your office promised an arrival time of between 12:00 - 2:00. The tech called me at 1:47 that he would be about 30 to 45 minutes late. He got here at 4:00. After giving me an estimate of $900.00 I told him that was high. He then started you can call someone else. I told him it was too late to get someone here. (Bad Service)

I chose Precision Door Service because of the commercials on TV and a lack of knowledge of other garage door companies and a dissatisfaction with the last two companies that I used. My experience with Precision was absolutely fantastic, which is not always the case with all service companies. The technician that assisted me with my garage door opener was excellent! He explained all of the options available in a very friendly and courteous manner. He did an awesome job and completed the work under two hours! I now have a garage opener that is smooth (not noisy) and has a light! I am extremely impressed with Precision! I am definitely a customer for life!

Once per year I have Precision Door Service come out and do a maintenance check on my garage door to be sure it is in good working order and that all the joints are lubricated properly and that the door is running correctly in the track and they always do a super great job and inform me of what they did and that because of this yearly maintenance my door is in excellent condition and running properly.
