I was so very pleased as to how quickly I could make an appointment online, and for same-day-service! I booked an appointment for 12pm, and by 11am, Precision was already telling me that they could have a technician out within 15 minutes! (A business ACTUALLY saying that they would be early!) My technician, Frank Lopez, showed-up around 11:45am. He was very nice and professional! I explained to him the problems I was having, and he showed me where and why I was having those problems. Frank explained it in a way that I could entirely understand! It was a wonderfully smooth and informative transaction. Frank was a joy to work with, and I felt completely safe and confident in his abilities. I now have a garage door that not only works well, but is like a whisper! I am MORE than satisfied with the service that I received from Frank and Precision Door Service!

The office called several hours before our appointment to ask if Ivan could come early since he was in the neighborhood. He arrived early as agreed and did a quick, efficient job for us. Price was reasonable, and we will stick with Precision Door from now on.

We had a new garage door installed on Monday, September 15th in Palm Desert by Precision Garage Door. The complete process, from start to finish went wonderfully. No hick-ups. We booked our initial appointment with "Frankie the Technician". Frankie showed up on time, ready to walk us through the process. Frankie told us the pros and cons of door replacement vs door repair. The cost difference between door replacement and door repair was minimal. Of course we ordered a door replacement. "Carlos the Installer" arrived on time, ready to work. The door removal and new installation took about 3 hours. Carlos showed us how the new door operated, including the remotes and key paid. We are very happy with the door, the cost and the warranty. We have 7 other properties in Palm Desert. Precision Garage Door will be our "goto" when we have garage door issues/replacements in the future. FIVE STARS!!!!

Arrived early (who does that) which was great Explained clearly what was found (broken spring) and why company policy is to replace both springs. Also advised that Garage door, cables, and motor are good quality with lots of life left. Rollers in good shape but Recommended changing the rollers to newer more reliable ones (which I did not do). Very professional and knowledgeable. Worked quickly and cleaned up after complete. No complaints. Happy but not cheap.

We had Ivan Estrada as our technician on this visit. He was very professional and explained everything we asked in great detail. We didn’t have any outright issues but he explained what was taking place with the auto release when the power was out at our home. He serviced and lubricated everything on our garage door. Your team are great and very professional. Thank you, Johnny Merrill Palm Desert, Ca. 92211

A 5 star rating was earned. New springs and a complete opener package with rollers was required and installed by a very competent service/sales technician, Nick Martinez. This is the 2nd home I've used Precision for Garage service and both experiences have been 5 STAR rated. I can't speak highly enough of the complete experience--i.e. from order through job completion!!

Eric did a out standing service job. Your company installed those garage doors 2/2019 and did a wonderful job. We have had no issues with doors this was just an annual inspection and service of all door parts and replace weather strip
