Precision was on time and assessed my Ryobi door opener, as expected it was in need of replacement. Jose went over in detail regarding the Lift Master unit he had in stock and agreed to move forward, installation was quick, professional, clean and could not have been happier. My Thanks and Appreciation to everyone at Precision, especially Jose for the extra hard work on a very hot day.

Last year on April 5th we had Nicholas Martinez come to do some work on our garage door. He did a very good job. Nicholas told us that often the company will have their technicians do the work and give a lower price by not going directly through the company. We were happy and had him do the work. We wrote a check directly to Nicholas. On Wednesday we were backing out of the garage and hit the door with our car before it was all the way up. So we wrecked the door. We called Precision Door Company and today Jose Martinez came out. We learned from Jose that we were scammed by Nicholas and that he had done this same thing to many others. We feel like such fools. Jose told us to never write a check to an individual, only to the company. It is a hard lesson for us. We will be getting a new door. In the meantime Jose has fixed it so that it works for now and we are grateful to him for that.

I can't say enough about the great service that I received from Precision Garage Door. Jose came to my home and quickly diagnosed the problem. Jose explained everything very clearly that was wrong, and what I needed to fix the problem and the cost. There were no hidden costs or surprises. Jose then quickly and efficiently replaced the undersized springs and the rollers with surgical precision. It was amazing to watch the repair process. Jose is very professional and loves the work that he does and the interactions with the customers. I highly recommend Jose and Precision Garage Door Service.

Precision wasn’t my first call… it wa my 2nd I’m kinda home alone now and didn’t know what was really wrong or how broken my door was But Li the tech was awesome and wonderful talked me through everything and since I’m kinda alone he made sure to fix for the Long term explaining how to care for toot as well!! Something I didn’t know anything about.. great service customer wise and work wise have y’all taped up in the garage now to call if needed Thanks again for the fast response!!! I purchased a Rebuild Package from Precision Garage Door in 2014. I recently noticed that one of the items in the rebuild package was showing some wear. I scheduled a service appointment to inspect the item. The Service Tech arrived on time and inspected all of the components of my garage door. The Service Tech agreed that the component in question was showing unusable wear. The component was replaced and all it cost me was labor. Going on the great reviews I decided to go with this company. The tech working appeared knowledgeable and stated he was the field supervisor Jose. He worked fast and about 30 min later and $1200 for springs, rollers and everything but a new motor , the work was done. I asked why so expensive?Jose replied because of increased price since Covid , fast work, quick response and great customer service. I noticed 2 days later that all the silicone bled out on the exterior of the garage. I texted Jose and no answer after 4 hrs. I called and he replied yep That’s silicone. I asked if he could come back and get it off and he said “ oh you want me to do it”? I said yes. He said he would txt me a date that would work for both of us and I haven’t heard back from him. It’s 3 weeks . I texted again and no reply . Once they get your money if something’s wrong you forget it. Beware ! Too expensive and they don’t hold up to a honest commitment !
