Eric Parra was the technician that installed a new garage door motor. The prior one was over 15-yrs. Eric was thorough in explaining/showing me the repair that would be completed. He called prior to his arrival, his appearance was professional [he was COVID-19 compliant] and he removed all debris from the unboxing. He completed the replacement within 1 1/2hrs. Highly recommend Eric and Precision Garage Door Service.

On 2/23/2021 one of your technician Shane Stewart came to look at our Guardian garage door opener that was not working. He took about 45 seconds to push a few buttons on the unit and said the motor was gone and we needed to replace the unit and offered us a few options. After making a phone call to my husband at work we opted not to move forward since my husband was extremely upset that this unit was less than 3 years old and should not have gone out so soon. We paid Shane the $49.95 for the service fee. I searched deeper into our files and found the Instruction manual for this unit and when my husband returned home from work he looked over the manual and it took him less than 10 minutes to get the garage door opener to work. We are extremely disappointed in your techs knowledge of the garage door opener (the motor is not fried) and that fact that he would push your 800.00 and 600.00 unit when in fact it wasn't needed. We are requesting a refund of your service charge. You can find all the information needed on Work order # 5398840 Invoice # 03826801. I received your Company's name and phone number directly from Guardian and I will be sending them an e-mail letting them know about the service your tech provided. I hope you take this information and follow up with your business practices appropriately. He also showed up at my door without a mask. I don't have an issue with that but other people might, just a heads up.

Just call this company Highly professional, reliable, and timely... Look I tried to get other Garage door companies to come out..some blew me off or didn’t have the parts for repairs ... The whole thing was more tiresome than I had anticipated...Precision is the only way.

Awesome customer service and installation performance! I called to arrange for an estimate appointment for the replacement of my two garage door openers just after 10 this morning. The estimator/installer was at my door an hour and a half later. He provided me with a fair price for two great openers and had them with him. By 2:30 this same afternoon, my ultra quiet and high tech openers were installed, programmed to open with the "Homelink" buttons in each of our two cars, and our cellphones were programmed to monitor and operate the door openers from any remote location where we have internet access. Awesome people and awesome service!

I don't normally write reviews, but I am taking the time to do so today because I received excellent same day service. My 15 year old garage door was damaged after hitting something on its way down. Not only did Jorge repair the damage, but replaced all of the old hardware which included a lifetime warranty and did so in record time. He was on time, and very professional. What a huge waste of my time! Dean doesn’t have the courtesy to reply to an email or to return a call after two phone messages were left. I wanted to have him install a new garage door opener and replace the seals. I’ll be calling another business for help.

I had a problem with my door opener today. Thinking is was a minor thing I called your company and a service man came the same day .. He assessed the problem and found the motor was bad. He tryed everything to get it going but the last resort was to buy a new garage door opener. He did a great job replacing it . As hot as it was, he replaced the old one and did very good work. I would give him a 5 star rating. Very pleasant.

The tech Mike was great. My only problem was the labor cost. I cant believe you guys would charge 250 dollars for labor on a 30 minute job. The parts were only 60 dollars. The labor cost are outrageous.

I tried doing some maintenance on my door. I saw a wheel out of the rail and unbolted it to put it back in place. I didn’t realize it was the spring location and my door blew apart! They came on a holiday and put everything back together within hrs. Not cheap but very professional.
