I purchased a Rebuild Package from Precision Garage Door in 2014. I recently noticed that one of the items in the rebuild package was showing some wear. I scheduled a service appointment to inspect the item. The Service Tech arrived on time and inspected all of the components of my garage door. The Service Tech agreed that the component in question was showing unusable wear. The component was replaced and all it cost me was labor. Going on the great reviews I decided to go with this company. The tech working appeared knowledgeable and stated he was the field supervisor Jose. He worked fast and about 30 min later and $1200 for springs, rollers and everything but a new motor , the work was done. I asked why so expensive?Jose replied because of increased price since Covid , fast work, quick response and great customer service. I noticed 2 days later that all the silicone bled out on the exterior of the garage. I texted Jose and no answer after 4 hrs. I called and he replied yep That’s silicone. I asked if he could come back and get it off and he said “ oh you want me to do it”? I said yes. He said he would txt me a date that would work for both of us and I haven’t heard back from him. It’s 3 weeks . I texted again and no reply . Once they get your money if something’s wrong you forget it. Beware ! Too expensive and they don’t hold up to a honest commitment !

I tried doing some maintenance on my door. I saw a wheel out of the rail and unbolted it to put it back in place. I didn’t realize it was the spring location and my door blew apart! They came on a holiday and put everything back together within hrs. Not cheap but very professional.

Eric Parra was the technician that installed a new garage door motor. The prior one was over 15-yrs. Eric was thorough in explaining/showing me the repair that would be completed. He called prior to his arrival, his appearance was professional [he was COVID-19 compliant] and he removed all debris from the unboxing. He completed the replacement within 1 1/2hrs. On 2/23/2021 one of your technician Shane Stewart came to look at our Guardian garage door opener that was not working. He took about 45 seconds to push a few buttons on the unit and said the motor was gone and we needed to replace the unit and offered us a few options. After making a phone call to my husband at work we opted not to move forward since my husband was extremely upset that this unit was less than 3 years old and should not have gone out so soon. We paid Shane the $49.95 for the service fee. I searched deeper into our files and found the Instruction manual for this unit and when my husband returned home from work he looked over the manual and it took him less than 10 minutes to get the garage door opener to work. We are extremely disappointed in your techs knowledge of the garage door opener (the motor is not fried) and that fact that he would push your 800.00 and 600.00 unit when in fact it wasn't needed. We are requesting a refund of your service charge. You can find all the information needed on Work order # 5398840 Invoice # 03826801. I received your Company's name and phone number directly from Guardian and I will be sending them an e-mail letting them know about the service your tech provided. I hope you take this information and follow up with your business practices appropriately. He also showed up at my door without a mask. I don't have an issue with that but other people might, just a heads up.

Awesome customer service and installation performance! I called to arrange for an estimate appointment for the replacement of my two garage door openers just after 10 this morning. The estimator/installer was at my door an hour and a half later. He provided me with a fair price for two great openers and had them with him. By 2:30 this same afternoon, my ultra quiet and high tech openers were installed, programmed to open with the "Homelink" buttons in each of our two cars, and our cellphones were programmed to monitor and operate the door openers from any remote location where we have internet access. Awesome people and awesome service!
