Our experience with Precision was great. Call placed to Precision was answered promptly and we were able to get an appointment that same afternoon. What a huge waste of my time! Dean doesn’t have the courtesy to reply to an email or to return a call after two phone messages were left. I wanted to have him install a new garage door opener and replace the seals. I’ll be calling another business for help.

I had a problem with my door opener today. Thinking is was a minor thing I called your company and a service man came the same day .. He assessed the problem and found the motor was bad. He tryed everything to get it going but the last resort was to buy a new garage door opener. He did a great job replacing it . As hot as it was, he replaced the old one and did very good work. I would give him a 5 star rating. Very pleasant.

The tech Mike was great. My only problem was the labor cost. I cant believe you guys would charge 250 dollars for labor on a 30 minute job. The parts were only 60 dollars. The labor cost are outrageous.

The drum on the Spring bar seems to be unraveling the cables thank God they're under warranty this is the third cable put on there within two years

The new opener is modern (WIFI), dual lights and remotes, so I can open the door with my built-in remote in my car or use my smart phone. A small SNAKE was wrapped around the cable pulley that lifts up my garage door. As a result, when it started to raise, the body of the snake guided the cable off the pulley causing the door to bend to one side as it rose. Now all the tracks, and rollers, and door are damaged, bent, coming off the walls.I Can't believe this is happened. Only in Beaumont! PS the snake is dead. Lucky for me I called Precision Garage Door. Mike came over and made a bad situation into a good one in no time at all. I would recommend this service to everybody who needs it. Thanks Mike.
