My service appointment was scheduled between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Despite two phone calls to obtain an estimated time of arrival, the technician arrived at my residence at 10:30 AM. As a first-time customer, I was deeply disappointed with the delayed arrival. Despite the technician’s professionalism and expertise, I would be hesitant to engage in future services due to the inconvenience caused by the tardiness.

Carlos Barragan did an incredible job. He did multiple quotes based on our specific situation and did the springs, opener head and chain rail in about 2 hours. Was on time right in the middle of the two hour window they predicted. Definitely recommend, fast and affordable.

When your garage door opener decides to break on you at 4:30 in the morning, you really don't have many options. I reached out to Precision at 7:30 am and was able to speak to someone right away. We were able to get an appointment for our earliest availability, and our repair man, Ivan Estrada, was not only right on time, but friendly, and fast!
