All I wanted was my chain drive opener replaced. The tech quoted me $1075.00 I said that’s to much and that I was willing to pay $500.00 but I’ll just do it myself so I gave him the $89.95 service fee and went to Lowe’s and bought one for $200.00 piece of cake. Your company missed out on $300.00 profit and referrals.

I would like to rate the service your company provided to our family. The safety of our family was in jeopardy since we couldn't fully close our garage door. You response was prompt. I was given an ETA of 8:00-10:00 a.m. and your technician arrived on time and was very courteous. He called me at 7:45 to say he was on his way and would be arriving at approximately 8:00 a.m. He took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and to my satisfaction. I would like to congratulate you for having such professional and competent staff. I would gladly recommend your company to my family and friends.

Mr. White was a very professional, knowledgeable, courteous service technician. He explained the repairs, the type of parts needed, the warranty. Mr. White completed the repairs in an expeditious manner with obvious expertise. Additionally, scheduling the appointment and discussing the matter with the Precision team was quick and easy, allowing for a same day repair!! I have nothing but praise for Precision and their technician, Mr.David White.

Lin Thirion called in regarding service she had from Ray 3/18 and 3/19. She is extremely pleased with our company! She was very impressed with our same day service and mentioned that setting up the appointment was extremely easy. She said Ray arrived on time, called before he came, and was very polite and friendly. He quickly made repairs and explained everything to her thoroughly.
