I called Precision Door to help me fix my garage door drums after many failed attempts to do so myself. After 5 minutes of the technician arriving, he quickly pointed out numerous issues with the mechanics of the door and offered three options to solve the problem. Although I wasn’t prepared for the expense, he easily explained an affordable payment plan and completely replaced/explained the work he had completed in less than an hour! Before leaving, the technician (Jorge) gave me some pointers on how to maintain and evaluate my garage door for minimal maintenance. Excellent service with day-of response, detailed explanation of the issues my door system had, and flexible payment plan. Highly recommend.

Jose Perea replaced all of the components of my old garage door motorized system and performed routine maintenance on the sectional hinges, rollers, etc. My springs had broken and my old motor was at least 15 years old. His installation is very neat and clean and he even reprogrammed my car remote for me. He was very efficient in his work and my garage door is working great with a nice quiet, smooth operation. He made sure to answer any questions that I had and didn’t try to pressure me into buying anything that I didn’t want. I was also very pleased that Precision Door Service was able to have someone out in less than 24 hours from my call into the company requesting service. This is the second time that I have used them for work over the years and both times I have been very pleased. I will continue to use them in the future as their service is prompt and reliable. Thank you Jose, for your excellent work on my garage door and its operating system.

We noticed our garage spring had broke. I called Precision door service and they had a tech out in about an hour. our tech was Jose Perea he went over everything we needed to do and replaced the springs in no time at all. Jose was very nice and his work was excellent. He gave us a great price and the door is working beautiful. thanks again Jose and Precision garage door.

BEWARE!! Terrible company, I needed a new backup battery for my garage. They did not tell me on the phone if it was under warranty. They Charged me $219.95 for a battery that when I looked online and at home depot was under $50.00 then I get my invoice and they actually charged me $99.00 for work they never did. I tried to call several times they keep telling me they will get back to me but never do. They just keep giving me a run around. I will never use this company again.

We needed to have our third garage door serviced - the opener was not operating properly. The company we used previously was not available so we contacted Precision Door Service of Riverside who service our area in the Temecula Valley. Their reviews are very positive and we can see why. Our technician, Jorge was outstanding - personable, professional and very knowledgeable. Our issues went beyond the opener. He explained what was needed, what was optional but recommended, and pricing. Service was prompt and the work was outstanding. We highly recommend them.

Jose and Lee were scheduled to come out to my home between 10 & 12. They were on time, replaced everything on my broken garage door, and were finished before 12. Absolutely outstanding service provided by Precision! Called in the afternoon for estimate / evaluation which was done the very next morning at 8am! And the Service / Sales Technician (Nick M.) was able to complete the chosen and needed repairs immediately! New garage door opener, torsion bar, torsion springs, cables, etc. Completed within 3 hours of arrival. Nick was very technically proficient and courteous. When the garage door won't work, it's a real problem for Wifey! I called Precision and they sent Benny Urbino, Technician, out the same day. We had a new garage door opener installed with new springs, etc., the next day. We're back in business. Thank you to Precision and Benny for the quick response and upgraded Liftmaster garage door opener.

The technician arrived on time and was professional and answered all my questions and concerns. I needed a new spring, bearing plate, and two cables for my single car garage door. The technician had the repair completed in under 1/2 hour. I had chosen the $499 plan. Replacing coil springs is dangerous work even if you know what you are doing. I leave it to the experts. My only reason for a four star review is that on my receipt there was no charge for labor and only the prices of the new parts installed and no 'pass' or 'fail'check marks for the inspection points on the receipt provided me.

ABSOLUTELY DON’T GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! We call them out to replace our weather stripping around our garage. Jorge came out and assessed our garage, said we needed a bunch of work done. My husband asked him if he could replace the weather stripping, he said he didn’t have any on the truck. That’s what we called him out to do. He changed us $69.95 for an estimate. Not even to mention it was a ridiculous amount. The email they sent said to contact them before we wrote a review and they would make it right. We have called 5 times in four days with a promise that someone would call us back and no one has, what a joke!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!! ***under service perform below- A BIG FAT NOTHING for $69.95

Carlos did a great job repairing my garage door. He was early, had the repair complete in no time at all and was professional to the extreme. He suggested some improvements and explained why they would be helpful. He gave me up front pricing which did not change after-the-fact. Best of all there was no push for a new door, no sales pitch and no pressure. I can’t imagine how the experience could have been any better!

Outstanding service. Thanks to Mr. Carlos Barragan. Let me explain. Originally I just wanted to get my springs replaced but after Mr. Barragan explained what else could be an issue later on down the line, I am very glad I had everything replaced except the door. After looking more closely at everything, we noticed that some of the brackets were already cracked, the rollers were not sealed and you could see the bearings. Replaced the motors as they were starting to go out as well. The cable itself was showing a lot of wear and tear and was very thin. Now everything is nice and quiet. Basically, I was saved from costly repairs later on if I had just waited for other things to break. As you know, prices increase every year.
