SCHEDULED A TUNE UP FOR MY GARAGE DOOR THAT I PURCHASED FROM YOU 1.5 YEAR AGO. THE LADY TOLD ME 59.00 DLLS. SERVICE MEN SHOWS UP AMND TELLS ME THAT IS 159.00 TO DO IT. HE WAS SUPPOUSE TO CALL ME BEFORE ARRIVAL, NEVER DID, I WAS NOT READY BUT PULLED OUT CARS, AFTER HE TELLS ME THE PRICE I TOLD HIM NO THANK YOU, THAT WAS NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD BY THE LADY WHO SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT, WHEN I PURCHASED THE DOOR I WAS SUPOSE TO GET SOME FREE TUNE UPS, LADY TOLD ME THAT THE WARRANTY DEPT, WAS GOING TO CALL ME AND DISSCUSS IT, THEY NEVER DID, VERY DISSAPOINTED AFTER I PURCHASED A 5000.00 DLLS DOOR AND EVERYTHING STARTED SINCE DAY ONE BECAUSE DOOR WAS NOT WITH THE HARDWARE THAT I CHOSED, THE INSTALLER TOLD ME THAT WAS GOING TO BE LIKE 800.00 DLLS MORE, TERRIBLE SITUATION, LUCKLY THAT GOT TAKEN CARE OFF, BUT I FEEL LIKE NOT RECOMENDING YOU GUYS.

"Wi-Fi connection" It started when I upgraded my wifi the connection was lost. I'd tried the step by step to reconnect even when in youtube but nothing was done. So I called Precision explain the situation. The next day a technician came to my house holding a tablet trying to reconnect the wifi. I provided the wifi name and password. He was unable to reconnect and he sated that I should contact myQ apps and see what can they do or even my internet provider they too I should contact and see if they can resolve my wifi issue. REALLY!!! What a "BS" very very disappointed. I didn't realize he was the only technician in working in the field that he has never encounter a customer like me with wifi issue. Talk about lack of knowledge, skills and etc. How about calling someone a co-worker or someone who might know about wifi issue in garage door opener. I am sure I wasn't the only person in the stated of California has wifi issue. He didn't even do that. I end up spending $160. for nothing. I had to ask my co-workers at work they had explain step by step what I need to be done. Problem solve thanks to my co-works.

Outstanding service. Thanks to Mr. Carlos Barragan. Let me explain. Originally I just wanted to get my springs replaced but after Mr. Barragan explained what else could be an issue later on down the line, I am very glad I had everything replaced except the door. After looking more closely at everything, we noticed that some of the brackets were already cracked, the rollers were not sealed and you could see the bearings. Replaced the motors as they were starting to go out as well. The cable itself was showing a lot of wear and tear and was very thin. Now everything is nice and quiet. Basically, I was saved from costly repairs later on if I had just waited for other things to break. As you know, prices increase every year.

I called Precision Door to help me fix my garage door drums after many failed attempts to do so myself. After 5 minutes of the technician arriving, he quickly pointed out numerous issues with the mechanics of the door and offered three options to solve the problem. Although I wasn’t prepared for the expense, he easily explained an affordable payment plan and completely replaced/explained the work he had completed in less than an hour! Before leaving, the technician (Jorge) gave me some pointers on how to maintain and evaluate my garage door for minimal maintenance. Excellent service with day-of response, detailed explanation of the issues my door system had, and flexible payment plan. Highly recommend.

Jose Perea replaced all of the components of my old garage door motorized system and performed routine maintenance on the sectional hinges, rollers, etc. My springs had broken and my old motor was at least 15 years old. His installation is very neat and clean and he even reprogrammed my car remote for me. He was very efficient in his work and my garage door is working great with a nice quiet, smooth operation. He made sure to answer any questions that I had and didn’t try to pressure me into buying anything that I didn’t want. I was also very pleased that Precision Door Service was able to have someone out in less than 24 hours from my call into the company requesting service. This is the second time that I have used them for work over the years and both times I have been very pleased. I will continue to use them in the future as their service is prompt and reliable. Thank you Jose, for your excellent work on my garage door and its operating system.

We noticed our garage spring had broke. I called Precision door service and they had a tech out in about an hour. our tech was Jose Perea he went over everything we needed to do and replaced the springs in no time at all. BEWARE!! Terrible company, I needed a new backup battery for my garage. They did not tell me on the phone if it was under warranty. They Charged me $219.95 for a battery that when I looked online and at home depot was under $50.00 then I get my invoice and they actually charged me $99.00 for work they never did. I tried to call several times they keep telling me they will get back to me but never do. They just keep giving me a run around. I will never use this company again.

We needed to have our third garage door serviced - the opener was not operating properly. The company we used previously was not available so we contacted Precision Door Service of Riverside who service our area in the Temecula Valley. Their reviews are very positive and we can see why. Precision installed our new LiftMaster garage door opener in late 2021. It has worked great since installation. Today our backup battery started beeping every 30 seconds, so it needed replacement. We called this morning and Precision immediately set up an appointment for today between noon and 2:00 pm. The technician, Jorge, phoned me and arrived on time. Very professional, personable and knowledgeable.
