We had trouble finding someone to replace a broken garage door opener with a difficult space problem but they replaced it when others couldn't. Seems to be working great.

I had a broken spring on my 25 year old garage door and decided to get "the works" (spring, cable and rollers, etc). Better safe than sorry! I chose you guys because of past experience when I was impressed by your techs. Again, I was impressed by your friendly, professional techs....and believe me...I am difficult to impress. Thanks for your prompt service, as well. Hope to never use the lifetime warranty, however, it is nice to have. I will be recommending you to everyone I know.

I would give the tech an average of 2.5 points out of 5. I have 2 doors at this house he inspected only one door. he tried to release the latch from the 2nd door and he was not able or really care to do it. He program both doors ok and one of the openers cover had a screw missing and he did not secure it and left it hanging. His suggestion to me was use tape to secure the cover. After he left i secure it with a drywall screw, and is nice and tight. Very low motivation individual. I hope that this helps to make improvements to your service. Thanks, Mario A. Costa
