Called at 800 and young lady who answered phone was very helpful and courteous. I was told that technician would be here between 10 to 12 am and he was. Technician called 10 minutes before arrival as the young lady said. He than explanined what he would to fix the door and prices. He was not pushy on the higher work. But he recommended what should be done in the future. As I’m on a fixed income I really appreciated that. For future work I will call back.

Your technician Jose Perea was friendly, professional, efficient, and arrived promptly within the time frame I was given. He was originally scheduled for a repair but alas the whole garage door opener had to be replaced. I appreciated that he had a few choices in his truck for me to choose from and explained the differences in models and prices. He installed it in a timely manner. I was also happy that they honor their service discount on their stickers that they had left on a previous visit. I would highly recommend Precision Garage door service.

Carlos and his assistant were excellent and explained what needed to be done. For now I chose the least expensive! They replaced all the rollers and recalibrated the motor and the door is perfect now but will need the new motor, etc probably rather soon! I will definitely call and request Carlos and his assistant when I do.

Carlos did a good job of resetting the garage door opener (Guardian), it worked while he was here but after he left (about3 min later) it did it again. So I called Precision back to catch him and they did. He worked on resetting but the unit said there was a blockage so it wouldn't close. Nothing blocking so thought it was just overheating from trying it so many times. He didn't know what else to do, so he left.

I was referred by a previous client. My first contact over the phone was very friendly and professional. A representative was sent to my home the next day. Jose and Carlos (technicians) arrived early, diagnosed the problem and offered options. My decision was just to change out the remote. After I showed your service technician the broken spring on my garage door, he immediately absolved your company from any wrong doing or responsibility. I was under the assumption that your company had installed the garage door. I was not aware that a different company had installed the door and your company had installed the door opener. So, I was caught between the two. The technician gave me an estimate which was far out of my budget. The cheapest price he gave me was close to $500 dollars. To some, that is not a lot of money, but, to me, living on social security and retirement, it is. I asked him if there was anyway for me to open the door by hand. He just shook his head and said “no.” It was almost as if he was saying “that’s my offer, you can accept it or be stuck with a garage door that won’t open.” I was not satisfied with this service call.

I had an issue with my garage, I called them and they said they would have a technician out within two hours. The technician was here in an hour and fixed my issue (added two garage struts) in thirty minutes. Technician was polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone.
