Johnny and his helper were very professional in preforming the work done on my garage door. Johnny showed me the worn out rollers and what I should do to help the performance and maintenance of the rollers of the door. I was not happy with the first flake that was suppose to be out Tuesday before 12:00. He called and said he would be late about 2hours. We had an appointment, so he said he would be there at 9:00 Wednesday first thing. My husband waited till 10:05 and had to leave. 10:30 the guy calls and leaves a message he was here and had to leave.I was pissed!i called and talked to a girl in the office. She did send a man out who helped us. Iam waiting for a receipt for the work done. He said it would be emailed to me.I don't think you want me to go on Facebook . I really was not to happy.thank you.

By the time I spoke with Mrs. Trousas she had the receipt but was concerned that she had not gotten credit for a coupon she had. I explained to her that the first technician was hung up on the job prior to hers, which she understood. However, I apologized for the following morning, as that was not handled appropriately by the first technician, but it has been addressed with the technician. Installed a brand new door 3 years ago. Either poor quality or poor installation the door has failed only 3 yrs later. Now will have to pay another expense for repairs. Disappointed
