At 2 AM, my daughter called saying the garage door won't open. I went to the garage and saw the cable was off the pulley and I couldn't fix it. At 7 AM, I made a call to Precision and was able to make an appointment for the same day. I received a text saying that Jorge was on his way. A short while later he was in my garage doing a safety inspection and explaining the main problem and gave me 4 different options for the repair and the cost of each. I really appreciated that information so I could be the one that made the decision knowing what I could afford. A little more than hour later the repair was complete and the door was working properly. I really appreciated Jorge and his professionalism and how he took the time to explain the problem and give me a complete and honest quote.
