Jose Perea and another technician, unfortunately I can't recall his name, did an amazing job. They arrived on time, assessed what was happening with our door and within 20 - 30 minutes both of our doors were working again! We will definately call Precision next time we need help! Thank you!

Yes, it was wonderful to see Jose P. again!!! He never cease to amaze me. I feel so safe and secure in the excellent care he provides. When neither my wife's nor my garage door remotes worked the other day (but the wall button did), I figured it wasn't the batteries (I checked anyway) and called the number for Precision on the sticker in my garage. The technician came out, heard my description of the problem again, inspected a sensor and declared I needed a new panel/motherboard: $1700. When I recoiled at the price he referred me to someone else, who had worked on my door once before and, if he had the part, would charge us less. The second guy confirmed the diagnosis and would charge $1300. I then called my son-in-law who found that a "de-activate" (lock) button on the wall unit had been inadvertently pushed and, when reset, the door worked fine. It is implausible to me that both technicians were unable to detect, given the explanation I gave, what was really wrong. They are either incompetent or tried to fool me into buying a new opener. I called the owner (to avoid sharing an embarrassing review) and left a message but he never called me back. Would you choose this company?

Called to have two-car garage door repaired in our home. Someone came by within one hour after my call, work commenced shortly after. Full repair of all old or faulty parts completed in less than two hours. I am very pleased with the final results and with working with very knowledgeable technician, Jose. Great experience very professional organization from the first call for estimate to the final invoice. Called about a broken overhead roll-up garage door spring in the morning received and an estimate made an appointment that was just two hours later with a promise that the technician would call before arriving. The technician Jorge Fortanel called 20 minutes before showing up in a clean equipped logoed work truck (which I think shows professionalism). Before starting Mr. Fortanel did a free 25-point inspection and said everything looked good except for springs that needed replacing in pairs and suggested adding a roller bearing between springs to add to the longevity and I agreed. Mr. Fortanel was very professional and knowledgeable with suggestions for the longevity of the door. I will not hesitate to use Precision Overhead Garage Door Service again as well as refer friends and family.

Called at 800 and young lady who answered phone was very helpful and courteous. I was told that technician would be here between 10 to 12 am and he was. Technician called 10 minutes before arrival as the young lady said. He than explanined what he would to fix the door and prices. He was not pushy on the higher work. But he recommended what should be done in the future. As I’m on a fixed income I really appreciated that. For future work I will call back.
