Kusay was out today to look at my garage issue, this was my second person out, and by far was a better experience from the start, he gave me a few recommendations, i.did what i could afford, no pressure. The work was done at that time, was great to not have a salesman out first then schedule something later, everything turned out great, my door had a lot of issues, now feels like a new door. I highly recommend Precision garage door!

When your garage door opener decides to break on you at 4:30 in the morning, you really don't have many options. I reached out to Precision at 7:30 am and was able to speak to someone right away. They were able to get a technician out to us in a timely manner. The service technician was knowledgeable, courteous, informative and very professional. We were very satisfied with the service they provided and would highly recommend their services to people we know.

The tech. was helpful and polite.I couldn't have asked for a better tech. Had 2 other techs. out here prior, and I wouldn't have trusted them to open the garage door. I will only do business with Precision from now on. For 5 years the burglers near had a code grabber and I had to open the door manually. I was assured this motor is high security. Thank you Kay Jacobs

My garage door technician Jose Perea arrived at my scheduled appointment time and date of 8/21/2020. He was awesome! I needed new cables for my main garage door because after 12 years, they were getting frayed and wornout. He was very fast and detailed on accomplishing the job expertly. I'm very happy with his performance. Please if you need an expert, request Jose Perea. He's the best!

I chose Precision because of the same day service. My garage door jumped off the tracks when it hit something. It needed to be reset and it was recommended that the springs be replaced to avoid this problem again. You would think a $500 repair is a lot until you consider that this company came out within hours of calling and repaired immediately. I have much more than $500 worth of tools in my garage that could have been stolen if my garage door was left open overnight. I truly appreciate the speed and efficiency of protecting my home. Thank you Precision!
