Technician was early. Technician called for permission to arrive early. Technician explained the problem and warned against using certain products to lubricate door hinges and chain. Technician was very helpful and explained what was needed to fully repair my old door.

The tech. was helpful and polite.I couldn't have asked for a better tech. Had 2 other techs. out here prior, and I wouldn't have trusted them to open the garage door. I will only do business with Precision from now on. For 5 years the burglers near had a code grabber and I had to open the door manually. I was assured this motor is high security. Technician, Jorge Fortanel called me to let me know his was on his way to my residence and arrived on time. When he got out of his service truck wearing his face mask and introduced himself. He did the required safety inspection, made his recommendations and gave me a quote for the repairs. Jorge conducted himself very professional and finished the repairs in a timely manner. Love the new features on the wall button. Definitely would recommend Precision Garage to others.

My garage door technician Jose Perea arrived at my scheduled appointment time and date of 8/21/2020. He was awesome! I needed new cables for my main garage door because after 12 years, they were getting frayed and wornout. He was very fast and detailed on accomplishing the job expertly. I'm very happy with his performance. Please if you need an expert, request Jose Perea. He's the best!

Jose came out and advised us that our old opener was dead. Gave us an estimate on a new opener with installation. Was pleased with qouted price and gave him the go ahead to replace the old one. Am very pleased with the installation and with the professionalism Jose showed during the installation process. I am also very pleased with the personable attitude Jose showed. I would definitely recommend Jose and Precision to anyone needing garage door service.

I chose Precision because of the same day service. My garage door jumped off the tracks when it hit something. It needed to be reset and it was recommended that the springs be replaced to avoid this problem again. You would think a $500 repair is a lot until you consider that this company came out within hours of calling and repaired immediately. I have much more than $500 worth of tools in my garage that could have been stolen if my garage door was left open overnight. I truly appreciate the speed and efficiency of protecting my home. Called Precision Garage Door service of Riverside first thing in the morning and was able to get same day service, was so happy! Was told he be here between 10am-12 . Jorge F. Called before 10 that he be here in 20 mins. Showed up on time, was very informative, helpful, and patient being we had a lot of questions to which he answered kindly and professionally. He gave us options to what we can do or have done after his inspection then walked us thru it. When we made our choice, he got right on it, worked without a glitch and was done with in an hour. Again he walk us thru all the replacements and maintenance that was done. My garage door is now working smoothly again. Jorge is a very professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable man. He had done a wonderful job. Thank you. Needless to say we were very pleased with Precision Garage Door Service of Riverside and their Technician Jorge F. Thank you.
