We choose Precision after seeing the great reviews online. From the moment we called at 11 p.m. on a Friday we received great customer service and were able to schedule an appointment for the following day (Saturday). Our technician Bill was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He called to inform me of his status and once here he explained everything and provided options with no pressure. Although our home was his last call of the day, he never made it seem like he was in a hurry to finish. He repaired the garage door and then showed me the repairs he had made.
