I had an appointment for between 2-6. I called the company to see when they would be arriving before 2:00. They were going to have the technician call to update me because they could not get ahold of him. I never got a call back. My daughter ran out to get gas for a short time because they had not called me. I called the company a second time at 4:45 since I had not received a phone call. They said he tried to call twice and no one answered and that he stopped by and no one was there so he left. I have a doorbell camera he said he came at 4:30. I have no video of him at the door. Cameras don't lie. I checked my recent phone calls and nothing came through and no voicemail was left. I had my phone on me all day so I would not miss a call from them. I also did not get a text. Now they can not reschedule until tomorrow so my daughter would have to stay home for 4 hours again tomorrow. Horrible customer service. I will be finding a different company to use. If you are needing quick reliable service don't use this company.

My Technician Jose has serviced my garage door in the past and did an excellent job. I was very pleased that when I ordered service again for a different issue, Jose showed up again. He was on time and called us to let us know he was on his way...walked me thru the issue we had so I understood completely what was needed / reviewed the process and explained all costs up front! He went the "extra distance" in customer service as he went above and beyond to satisfy us and complete the job correctly not the easy way out.. (nobody does customer service anymore..) He did! My second experience with Precision, the first was several years ago for Door Opener repair. 4-29 my garage door had a cable come unattached, which then skewed door badly, tearing rollers out of track, twisting track, such that door was jammed, up about 18" on one end. Called Precision late afternoon. Friendly, courteous, and helpful. Appointment scheduled. Derek called the next morning on his way and said he would be here shortly. Arrived right on time, "social-distancing" precautions evident, quickly assessed the problem, and told me door was salvageable, which was a great relief. He then explained options, including re-build, which I opted for....new rollers, cables, springs, lube and adjust all parts. He had it finished in less than 90 minutes....look and operates like new. Derek was a gentleman and obviously knows his stuff. I would highly recommend Precision and Derek....both exceeded my expectations. Thanks!!

We were pleased with this call for services, which resulted in a 24 hour response; the responder was polite, know his business, and when beyond the requirements. He showed us tat the most economical solution was a new door and helped us get our car outside of the garage, so it could be used, while we waited for the new door to arrive and be installed.

Bill Weier was the technician and he did a great job. He was very professional and completed the repairs very quickly. He explained what was needed to repair my problem and also pointed out a few items that needed to be replaced. My only concern is the cost of the repair, it seems expensive but I didn't seek any other bids. I used Precision to repair my mom's garage door about a year ago and they did a great job then as well.
