Great service by the technician! He repaired my door which was dented pretty badly. He repaired the door and installed a new garage door opener. The garage door moves/sounds like a brand new door!

I was so very pleased as to how quickly I could make an appointment online, and for same-day-service! I booked an appointment for 12pm, and by 11am, Precision was already telling me that they could have a technician out within 15 minutes! (A business ACTUALLY saying that they would be early!) My technician, Frank Lopez, showed-up around 11:45am. He was very nice and professional! I explained to him the problems I was having, and he showed me where and why I was having those problems. Frank explained it in a way that I could entirely understand! It was a wonderfully smooth and informative transaction. Frank was a joy to work with, and I felt completely safe and confident in his abilities. I now have a garage door that not only works well, but is like a whisper! I just want to share with you my experience with Precision Garage Door Riverside. I had a problem with my door buckling yesterday morning. I called Precision and the Tech (Kusay) arrived in less than 2 hours! I explained what happened and within a few minutes, Kusay made a recommendation to fix my problem. He spent approx. 30 minutes or so to repair and tighten my springs. Wow! My garage opens like brand new. Even though my door is 24yrs old, he didn't try to push a new garage door on me. I did however ask for a quote on a new door for future consideration, which I received shortly after he left! Kusay was very professional throughout the repair and answered all of my questions!!!! This was my second time using Precision in the last 5 years and I highly recommend them. Thanks Again!!!!

At 2 AM, my daughter called saying the garage door won't open. I went to the garage and saw the cable was off the pulley and I couldn't fix it. At 7 AM, I made a call to Precision and was able to make an appointment for the same day. I received a text saying that Jorge was on his way. A short while later he was in my garage doing a safety inspection and explaining the main problem and gave me 4 different options for the repair and the cost of each. I really appreciated that information so I could be the one that made the decision knowing what I could afford. A little more than hour later the repair was complete and the door was working properly.
