Ivan did a fantastic job, I had him redo my garage sensors that another company had know idea about what they were doing, they put the sensors 2.5 feet off ground, if you want someone who knows what there doing then you need to have Ivan to do your garage, he adjusted everything now it works great.

I had a great experience. I was trying to put a weather strip on my garage door, but the one I got didn’t fit. So, I called Precision. First and foremost, I wanted to thank the representative who answered my call; if you can look into that, I would greatly appreciate it. It was a last-minute call, and she worked with me to get somebody out there within the hour, so I want to thank her first. Mauricio arrived, and I showed him what I was trying to do. Since it didn’t fit, he actually had a piece that he put on and then installed the weather strip. He provided complete service for my garage, including all the rollers and everything that needed to be done. My garage is so quiet now; my wife will be really happy when she gets home. I just want to thank you for taking this time and going above and beyond in service. I have been a customer for about 10 years, and I’ll continue using your service every time they send somebody out. they are really nice, professional, approachable, and reliable. Thank you, Mauricio, for going above and beyond. I did forget to mention that before he started the work, he checked with me regarding the price to see if it was within my budget, and it was; I appreciate that as well. Overall, five stars! We are extremely happy with the experience and service we received from Precision. When we found out our garage door had a problem it was late at night and we realized Precision scheduling was open 24 hours, so we were able to schedule a next day appointment for service. Our technician Mauricio was friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It made our experience so much better, helping to somewhat offset the cost of the repair, because honestly speaking, garage door repairs can end up being costly. At the end of the service visit, Mauricio even noticed that something wasn’t quite right with how our older door opened, which wasn’t related to the service call but he found a way to fix it on the spot. It was a small gesture but it meant a lot to us that he would go out of his way to make it right. We would recommended Precision to anyone we know, including parties reading this review online, particularly Mauricio Sanchez as a technician.
