We have called Precision Door Service several times and every interaction has been excellent! We had a 2-door garage door replaced 4 years ago. Later, we damaged it by closing it on something but they came out and repaired it on the same day. Jose came today to give me an estimate on the 1-car garage door. His estimate was much more affordable than another company's and he even gave me an extra remote and programmed it for me. I have full confidence in the work they will do! Feb. 2026 Since it had been more than 3 years since our garage door was replaced, I scheduled an appointment for a $29.95 coupon tune-up and was surprised when Ivan Estrada noticed that one of the springs was broken. Ivan was able to quickly replace the pair. He was courteous, professional and friendly. The total cost was reasonable and includes a 5-year warranty. Ivan reinforced my opinion that Precision Garage Door is the best garage door company in our area!

My service appointment was scheduled between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Despite two phone calls to obtain an estimated time of arrival, the technician arrived at my residence at 10:30 AM. I made an online appointment on 4/23/2024 for 8am-10am on 4/24. Lisandro, the technician contacted me at 7:50 that he would be here in 10 minutes and he was. After explaining my problem to him, he proceeded to verify the issue. He said he could possibly get parts but since the opener was 19 years old, he recommended a new opener would be the best decision to which I agreed. He had one on his truck and after quoting me a price, started to work. He changed out the opener, made sure everything was replaced that was needed, adjusted the opener, adjusted the springs, realigned the door and rails, lubricated all fittings and rollers, changed safety sensors and tested the opener. He was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and cleaned the work area completely. My door and opener have been restored to as new condition. This is the second time I have used Precision Doors and am completely satisfied.
