I had a door spring break and called Precision Door for assistance. The entire experience was amazing. From the time I called to schedule a visit, speak with Becky about the warranty, to when Benny the Technician arrived it was very smooth. He explained what he was going to do, and was very Professional and Courteous. The repair was done fast and the door was back in operation. He also shared some tips on maintenance of the door which I appreciated. I am glad that I purchased the system from them, they take care of everything from start to finish and have an amazing warranty. I highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed. Great Job Benny!

Ivan was great , friendly and extremely knowledgeable and did his work efficiently and quickly. The last springs I had replaced were in 2018 and those cost me $175.00 by another company. I guess my only complaint this time would be the cost, two springs and ten door roller guides and 45 minutes of labor cost me $995.00. Seems a little steep to me but what do I know ? After all I’ve only been a contractor for 52 years. Must be due to the tariffs

Ivan did an excellent job on the Tube-up and a replacement broken roller bracket. Explained everything that was going to be done and he did that. I would defiantly use there service again in the future!

We were totally satisfied with this company. I inquired about an appointment on a Sunday evening. Someone called me within the hour. The appointment accommodated my schedule and the technician was prompt, courteous, and professional so was his work. Quotes were reasonable. I was able to schedule an appointment online immediately after finding that my garage door spring was broken and I was unable to open the door. I received an appointment for the following afternoon. Jose called me and asked if he could come earlier than the appointed time. Jose was very friendly. He explained what was wrong with the garage door and what he would do to make the necessary repairs. I "NEVER" respond to these. However, the service, response, technician (not in that particular order) deserves acknowledgment. I needed a new motor for my garage. I called several ??????? that day, leaving messages. 2 appeared at my ???? , but I were they were truly not to work with them. The others never responded. The next morning, I researched other garage companies. A live voice picked up phone, she listened to me, scheduled repair same day! The technician, Carlos appeared on schedule, explained everything. Plus I needed financing (approved). Carlos installed door quickly. Very cordial and respectful. We ended up hugging. THANK YOU.......
