Jorge was born in Whittier, but attended high school in Santa Fe Springs. He attended college at Rio Hondo, studying Electrical Engineering. He loves playing basketball, but his favorite sport has always been soccer. He played soccer for 3 years in high school and still plays occasionally on weekends. He enjoys spending time with his family, which includes a newborn daughter. Jorge enjoys traveling, and that most recently included vacations to France and Italy. His favorite sport is still soccer, and his favorite team is Real Madrid. Jorge is a real "peoples person".

Two respectful young men showed up early for the appointed time. One was Jorge who had installed our garage door two years ago. Through no fault of their own, the battery failed. They performed a free check on the garage door opener and associated hardware. They replaced the battery and upheld the warranty. No charge. They gave me a short class on garage door settings and how to use the keypad for adjustments. Two true professionals. I strongly recommend Precision Door Services.

Arrived early (who does that) which was great Explained clearly what was found (broken spring) and why company policy is to replace both springs. Also advised that Garage door, cables, and motor are good quality with lots of life left. Rollers in good shape but Recommended changing the rollers to newer more reliable ones (which I did not do). Very professional and knowledgeable. Worked quickly and cleaned up after complete. No complaints. Happy but not cheap.

Precision installed our new LiftMaster garage door opener in late 2021. It has worked great since installation. Today our backup battery started beeping every 30 seconds, so it needed replacement. We called this morning and Precision immediately set up an appointment for today between noon and 2:00 pm. The technician, Jorge, phoned me and arrived on time. Very professional, personable and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the response time and highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service for all of your garage door(s) maintenance, replacement or service.

I called Precision because I had a broken garage door spring. Precision also installed LiftMaster for me 2 years ago. When Jorge arrived, he examined every part of my garage door. He did also let me know that the rollers mights need to be replaced in 2 more years. I made the decision to replace the ball bearings, ball bearing roller, residential drums and torsion cable, now. I was informed of the warranty of 2 years, but decided to opt for the lifetime warranty. Thank you Jorge for your time and the super job you did replacing the springs and more.

SCHEDULED A TUNE UP FOR MY GARAGE DOOR THAT I PURCHASED FROM YOU 1.5 YEAR AGO. THE LADY TOLD ME 59.00 DLLS. SERVICE MEN SHOWS UP AMND TELLS ME THAT IS 159.00 TO DO IT. HE WAS SUPPOUSE TO CALL ME BEFORE ARRIVAL, NEVER DID, I WAS NOT READY BUT PULLED OUT CARS, AFTER HE TELLS ME THE PRICE I TOLD HIM NO THANK YOU, THAT WAS NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD BY THE LADY WHO SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT, WHEN I PURCHASED THE DOOR I WAS SUPOSE TO GET SOME FREE TUNE UPS, LADY TOLD ME THAT THE WARRANTY DEPT, WAS GOING TO CALL ME AND DISSCUSS IT, THEY NEVER DID, VERY DISSAPOINTED AFTER I PURCHASED A 5000.00 DLLS DOOR AND EVERYTHING STARTED SINCE DAY ONE BECAUSE DOOR WAS NOT WITH THE HARDWARE THAT I CHOSED, THE INSTALLER TOLD ME THAT WAS GOING TO BE LIKE 800.00 DLLS MORE, TERRIBLE SITUATION, LUCKLY THAT GOT TAKEN CARE OFF, BUT I FEEL LIKE NOT RECOMENDING YOU GUYS.

"Wi-Fi connection" It started when I upgraded my wifi the connection was lost. I'd tried the step by step to reconnect even when in youtube but nothing was done. So I called Precision explain the situation. The next day a technician came to my house holding a tablet trying to reconnect the wifi. I provided the wifi name and password. He was unable to reconnect and he sated that I should contact myQ apps and see what can they do or even my internet provider they too I should contact and see if they can resolve my wifi issue. REALLY!!! What a "BS" very very disappointed. I didn't realize he was the only technician in working in the field that he has never encounter a customer like me with wifi issue. Talk about lack of knowledge, skills and etc. How about calling someone a co-worker or someone who might know about wifi issue in garage door opener. I am sure I wasn't the only person in the stated of California has wifi issue. He didn't even do that. I end up spending $160. for nothing. I had to ask my co-workers at work they had explain step by step what I need to be done. Problem solve thanks to my co-works.

I was very pleased with the service from Precision Garage Door and especially with the young man named Jorge Fortanel that did the repair. He examined the situation and knew immediately what it would take to repair the door, created an estimate on his tablet and gave me the option to either repair or replace the door. He was knowledgeable, quick, polite and answered all my questions. After replacing the door, he checked his work, made a few small adjustments and re-checked the door. Very efficient!! I would definitely call Precision again. Thank you!!

Called Precision Garage Door service of Riverside first thing in the morning and was able to get same day service, was so happy! Was told he be here between 10am-12 . Jorge F. Called before 10 that he be here in 20 mins. Showed up on time, was very informative, helpful, and patient being we had a lot of questions to which he answered kindly and professionally. He gave us options to what we can do or have done after his inspection then walked us thru it. When we made our choice, he got right on it, worked without a glitch and was done with in an hour.
