I was referred to Precision by the previous home owners. I called and Carlos was sent out within 2 hours of me calling. He quickly diagnosed the problem and I had to completely replace my entire garage unit that was 16 years old. He even found broken on the old unit that could of been life threatening. He had all of the parts and even the motor with him and installed everything brand new in 2 hours. He was so nice and professional. I am very please with the service I received today!! OH! I have to say......I loved the work that "George did on my (2) Garage Doors!!! He was polite and respectful!! He listened well and he wanted to do all he could to Quiet my NOISY DOORS and LUBE them!! He even Vacuumed the railings and took apart the light Boxes for me, so I could Clean them and have more LIGHT when I open My Garage Doors!! HE fulfilled all that I asked him to do and MORE! My 20+ year old garage door was making horrible noises and running rough. Jorge showed up promptly. Did a super job replacing the the old original springs, bearings, hardware, etc. Jorge was very courteous and professional. He did a great job in a minimum amount of time. Thank you very much for your help today. Our garage door stuck in the open position this morning and when I called your rep was able to immediately schedule us an appointment today. Your technician, Gilbert, arrived on time. He was very courteous and he explained the options available to us to have our door repaired and he completed the repairs in a timely manner. In a day and age where customer service seems to be in short supply it was refreshing to meet someone like Gilbert. I was lied to by the person on the phone and told they could replace one garage door spring, when the technician showed up he said he could not just change one spring and he would have to replace both springs, the other spring on my door was new so why would I replace it, so I got charged a service fee for nothing

Up till now, I've only ordered a new garage door, they haven't installed it yet. Jose is the nice young man that came to help me with my door problem, turned out the door I have is no longer in business, so I was advised to get a new one all together, guess mine was very old. Jose explained it to me, I had read the reviews on your web site, I know some of the people from Norco who had written the reviews, they were happy with the doors.

I was extremely impressed with Bill's commitment to service and professionalism. He arrived promptly, performed a full inspection and replaced both springs. Afterwards he realized the door was not balanced and needed a larger spring. He could have just left the regular springs on and took off, I would have never known. But he explained the door was not balanced. So he took off one of the news springs and installed a heavier spring and made sure the door worked properly. All for the same price. He even greased the opener mechanism and did not charge me. You get what you pay for. Cheap prices are all over the internet. But, integrity and character like that cannot be bought. When I need any garage door service in the future I will call Precision and specifically request Bill as the technician. Jerry - Norco, CA

Cody came out to check my garage door because it was not closing properly. It gets within about one foot of closing and then goes back up. Cody studied the problem and then lubed all of the moving parts. Although the door is quieter, today it again malfunctioned several times! I think Cody did the best he could but my door is still not fixed.

Great job. The doors main spring broke. When he got finishes with the estimate as usual I first thought too high. But he went through every part and explained why it was bad. So after the explanation it was a great quote and fair. It ended up better than it was when I bought it 10 years ago with a life time warranty. I would recommend Precision to any person.
