Had a loud "bang" sound on closing. Turned out the panel weren't aligned and it was a "snapping" of the panels in the tongue-and-groove -- a bolt on a hinge popped off. Kevin came on time (as scheduled) and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was very courteous and competent, everything the company would want in their employees. A good experience.

After years of using Precision, I’m shocked at how bad this service was. Called them for a garage door sensor error—same issue they fixed in April with no new parts. This time, a different tech sold me $310 worth of new sensors, didn’t fix the problem, and then tried to upsell me on a $1,200 LiftMaster… for an opener that’s only 7 years old. Here’s the kicker: I didn’t need new sensors OR a new opener. The real problem? A cut wire to the left sensor—something I found and fixed myself. The technician either missed the obvious or ignored it to push expensive, unnecessary parts. One star for wasting my money and my time. This kind of upselling and poor troubleshooting is unacceptable

I damaged by garage door Saturday night July 1st and It got fix July 5th. Not because I call Precision Garage Door the next day. I did not know who to call, my friend suggested Precision Garage Door to me today July 5th and within 4 hours it was fixed. Carlos the technician was very knowledgeable and extremely nice. He gave me information about my automatic garage door that I did not know about. He gave me options regarding fixing it and replacing it. He was very helpful. I decided to fix it for now. It will be 20 years old next year so I know soon it is going to give out on me. I was very happy with the service that I received.

Gilbert showed up on time and made both garage door operate like new. Thank you for that! The only item I found a bit off is the large chunk of garage siding he took off so that the garage door trim wouldn't scape the siding. It would have looked better to just sand off the trim. I tried staining. But it still looks pretty bad. We talked about doing what he did but when we talked it was just a small area 1/2" by 4". The chunk he took out was 1" by 11".

So pleased with the excellent service we received. We were able to schedule a same day appointment (on a Sunday!) and our technician Gilbert arrived right on schedule. This was a smooth, easy process from the start - we received an email confirmation of our appointment and a phone call once our technician was on his way to our home. Gilbert was very professional, explained our options and installed a really nice, quiet opener with a security key pad. Gilbert made sure we understood all the features of our new opener and programmed our remotes for us. He lubricated the rollers and wheels to ensure maximum performance that's whisper quiet. Will definitely call Precision for our next garage door/opener service!

Precision repaired my roll up door 3 years ago and did a fabulous job! That is why I chose them when it was time to replace my old wooden roll up doors. Dear Precision Door Co. The technicians name was Bill Weir and his supervisor's name was Mike. It is hard to answer your report card for this reason (not enough space on the card). The job was very hard because of the structure being old (built in 1974) and had to have the doors special made into one piece for both sides. It became a real problem and it took four visits to work with the problems and make shift parts for all of it to fit. They worked and worked till they got it all working, which was a miracle in itself. All was done with great satisfaction in all matters. These guys were GREAT and did a great job knowing what they had to work with. The only thing that needs great improvement is your scheduling of when they are to come out. Each of the four times the girl over the phone would say "they will be out between 8:00 and 12:00 and they would show up about 3:30. Each time I had to change plans or cancel and appointment which is wrong. I know its hard not knowing when the prior job is going to be done, or how long it takes, but lets be reasonable. Its NOT the guys fault, its your planning. My husband and I are very pleased with the doors, and we live in a condo with 58 more condos in a gated community and I was the ginny pig to have the first doors done. I was telling Bill that in the future he will have a big order to fill when he meet with our association, and I want him to take credit for it. We thank you and God Bless you for all that you did and God Bless the two guys who made it possible. Thank you again.
