Jose Perea was the tech that repaired our garage door. He showed up at 7 AM on a Saturday morning because I had an emergency and needed to get my cars out of the garage by 8 AM. #1 The work was done, but it didn't start out good. He came with insults right away, calling us a couple of old people, it got my hackles up and I said "I don't like that" then he said he should have called us elderly people. Huh? #2 After they left, I started seeing that Everything was greasy...everything they touched or replaced is greasy the plastic covers of garage motor light bulbs is filthy with grease, outside on garage door where weather strip is greasy and crossbars on inside filthy with grease. Greasy handprints, finger prints NOT GOOD, Aggravated!!! Replaced spring, rollers, cable (everything BUT the garage door motor)
