My service appointment was scheduled between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Despite two phone calls to obtain an estimated time of arrival, the technician arrived at my residence at 10:30 AM. As a first-time customer, I was deeply disappointed with the delayed arrival. Despite the technician’s professionalism and expertise, I would be hesitant to engage in future services due to the inconvenience caused by the tardiness.

My Technician Edgar was great! A real professional. My 3 star review is due to my original estimate. It is misleading. All the other parts that were needed, more than doubled my original (online) estimate.

Was not expecting to be so disappointed my garage had a single 30'' torsion spring and was talked into installing two smaller ones for a price per spring at $205 each. Ok so far i was not happy with this after being sent my bill i noticed that a charge for $99.95 for tune and lube all he did was pull out a can of dry lube spray the rollers and pivet pins then a little grease on the track and was gone total grease time maybe one minuet for $100 think i should have looked for more bids. Did reach out to talk to someone was told someone would be calling back never happened.

The installation of the garage door opener was excellent. The technician showed up as promised and promptly completed the job, including removal of our old unit and all of the packing material. The star rating would be higher, but for the following: The technician had trouble processing our credit card payment, and ended up entering it multiple times. I have delayed completing this survey, as one of the duplicate charges has not been completely resolved. After several calls to your company and to our bank one extra charge remains only “conditionally” reversed. Our bank advised us today that they have received no response to their inquires regarding the remaining disputed amount.

The tech Michael was polite friendly and knowledgeable. And fixed the problem. However i gave three stars. Because i was told price was 69.00 to come out. If you dont do the job with them you will be charged that amount. Other wise it is removed. I was told springs each cost 149.00 or higher. That included labor tune up.and tax i was charged 530.00 two springs. That included 88$ for labor 69$ for lube and tune. And 199.00 each spring. He removed 25$ for a referrel. As well as extra after i complained. If i paid 69$ and sent tech on his way. Another co Day and night said they could come same day and that they would charge 395.00 for all included tax on part material and labor. And if this co charged more than 400$ recommends sending on way. I did read reniews Precision tends to do this once they show up.. I went with them only because after paying trip fee and other co fee i would only saved 65$. Michael did a good job. But for the co. Charging more than most companys. Including a extra 69$ lube and tune. Basically service call they said remove. Including raising pricea once arrive. I cant recommend the company. If you go with them be prepared for the prices to change its not all included. "Live and learn!"

I was impressed by the skill of the technician, and how fast he got the job done., but I was not at all impressed when he told me before he started the job, that it would cost me $250, then when the job was done, he told me it would cost me #339. In the commercial world, that type of pricing is called bait and switch, and most likely I will not use your services again, or refer you to my friends.

George, the technician, was very personable and efficient. My reason for the 3 stars is that a door servicing was offered for $89 and change. I agreed to this amount. When the work was completed, a service fee of about $49 was added on. I was not informed of this beforehand, and it was not mentioned in your apppintment confirmation. Therefore, I respectfully request that you refund this fee. I paid almost $100 for work! I feel I should not be also saddled with a service fee. I would appreciate your help with this matter. Carlos did a good job of resetting the garage door opener (Guardian), it worked while he was here but after he left (about3 min later) it did it again. So I called Precision back to catch him and they did. He worked on resetting but the unit said there was a blockage so it wouldn't close. Nothing blocking so thought it was just overheating from trying it so many times. He didn't know what else to do, so he left.

Hello Don. Yes the garage doors are wonderful, The only problem, is the outside doors sealer around the doors. Shawn came by to evaluate. He is going to replace the top section. I'm not sure what you call it, but it seals the outside of garage doors. Hopefully it does the job to look good so the neighbors can admire as I would.

Once the guy got here, I really felt like I was dealing with a sales man rather than a repair man. I told him I had their coupon for 15.00 off, he said they have a new program and he would have to charge me 45.00 if I wanted to use the coupon. So why do they even have coupons on their site. Also I thought it was quite pricey at 400.00 to change rwo springs.

Your service was timely in all aspects. I had one bent (not frayed) cable that could have been replaced but the tech stated that they come two to a set. So I had to replace both and pay for labor to replace both. I have a company that sells "certified" SS aircraft cables to owners of P51 Mustang aircraft and they are less expensive than your garage door cables. Your charge of $257.00 to replace cables, which took all of 20 to 30 minutes, was just ridiculous. $100.00 for two cable and $100.00 for labor makes you a lot of money but tells me to do it myself next time. I will also give my company a sample of your cable to make up 10 or 20 for myself and others. Maybe I will put them on the internet and sell them for half your price. Again, good service, timely and great attitude but way too expensive for this simple job. "Get real and people will call back. Ripe them off and they will find another way"

The work performed was satisfactory however the cost of the garage door bottom strip was excessive - they charged $150 & you can buy online for approximately $60 maximum. I did not see invoice until work was complete as it is electronic.

The service guys that came to my place were good. However, they up sold me a number of items and I ended up paying hundreds more than I would have had i gone with someone else. Although the work Jimmy and Johnny was good, I wouldn't recommend this company or use their services again.

When I called to book appointment and get estimate I wasn't told that I had to replace two springs when one was broken. The technician told me that was your polity. The person giving estimates should of told me.

I was not happy with the first flake that was suppose to be out Tuesday before 12:00. He called and said he would be late about 2hours. We had an appointment, so he said he would be there at 9:00 Wednesday first thing. My husband waited till 10:05 and had to leave. 10:30 the guy calls and leaves a message he was here and had to leave.I was pissed!i called and talked to a girl in the office. She did send a man out who helped us. Iam waiting for a receipt for the work done. He said it would be emailed to me.I don't think you want me to go on Facebook . Cody came out to check my garage door because it was not closing properly. It gets within about one foot of closing and then goes back up. Cody studied the problem and then lubed all of the moving parts. Although the door is quieter, today it again malfunctioned several times! I think Cody did the best he could but my door is still not fixed.
