I love this company - they're prompt (always calling if they are able to come sooner), they've always done excellent work, solved my issues, explained options, and I've never felt pressured to get work done that I didn't want. My technician (Carlos Barragan) was very friendly and answered all my questions, explaining things so I could understand what he was going to do, and why. I've referred Precision Door Service to several people because I've always been so pleased with their service. You guys rock!

Jose Perea was our Tech. He showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently. He is very outgoing and has a positive personality, along with great customer service skills. Didn't try to over sell us, but was honest in what we needed. He is extremely knowledgeable in the trade and his work ethic shows attention to every detail. He made sure we understood how to operate the equipment and also tuned up a couple of things without charge. I would highly recommend Precision and Jose!

I've seen the ads on TV of course, but was 100% convinced to go with your company when the home inspector said he'd used your company before and you did a good job for him. The immediate availability of an appointment was a definite selling point! I just bought a new house and the garage door just wasn't working right - the motor burned out two days after I moved in (not unexpected), so the motor was replaced, new springs put on since we had no idea how old they were, and the technician cleaned all the moving parts on the door - wheels, hinges, the whole works. He just did a complete and thorough job and now the door opens smoothly and so quietly! It's wonderful. I feel safer and more secure now, for sure.

Even though Josh was not the person originally scheduled for a repair quote, he arrived on time, he proved himself to be very efficient, was extremely courteous and very ready to answer my many questions. He gave me a tutorial/demonstration on garage door maintenance; the first I have ever received of that quality. I was so impressed with his knowledge that my husband and I had him replace the springs, cables, rollers, etc., on the spot. We now have a garage door that does not do gymnastics as it closes and is so much quieter. It may have cost a little more for the commercial quality, but we now have a lifetime guarantee for the complete door. Thank you, Josh.
