I feel ripped off. First the technician tried to upsell me to the tune of $700 to replace wheels on our two garage doors. When I balked, he said he could lubricate the parts on the door for $200. When I hesitantly agree, I stood there and watched him take literally 2 minutes to spray WD-40 on the same wheels he said needed replacement. I could have done it in the same time for the cost of 1/10 of a can of WD40. What a rip!

When something goes wrong and as the owner you have no idea what is wrong. Li diagnosed what was wrong and gave me the various ways of repair. Mr, Perez comforted me explained the possible fixes and then did it. He was a 10+ and Precision gave me confidence if I needed anything else! YEAH!!!!!!! EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!

This is the worst retail experience of my life! We had a garage emergency, called the office who gave us misinformation not once, but three times. When we finally got someone to come out, it took 6 days for the appointment. I paid the amount in full and the day of the install we received a call stating it would be $400 additional to take the old door away. You should be ashamed of yourself for this disgusting and dishonest behavior! I will make a point to share my story on every outlet.

I'm a Calfornia licensed contractor, flipped ~25 houses, and remodeled many more. I was so impressed by George and Precision. In my professional opinion, they are the best in the business. They are "A-Typical" in that they show up when promised, keeps the customer informed throughout the process and, more importantly, their workmanship is outstanding, completed on time and within budget. The installer called prior to the appointment time. He arrived at precisely the time he stated, evaluated the repairs needed and suggested repairs that would insure the problem would not occur again. I had called around and got a call back from Precision and really lucked out as the gentleman said he had a tech who had just finished a job and could be at my place in about 20 min. I don't get these kinds of breaks, this made my day as I was unable to leave my house, the garage door would not even close. Jose explained things to me gave me options, I chose and he did a wonderful job and left his work site clean. I recommend this company and Jose. Keep up the good work.
