I was very pleased with the service provided in repairing my garage door. Justin was professional, courteous, and extremely competent. He arrived on time and completed the repairs within the timeframe he had given me after assessing what I needed to have done. My old garage door is like new again.

I am very pleased with the service I received. Precision was able to get me on the schedule quickly and the technician arrived when scheduled. Upon arrival, Jorge assessed the damage to my garage door and gave me repair options, costs and estimated time for the repair. Jorge promptly made the repairs. He was professional and courteous. I will call Precision if I have further Garage Door maintenance and repair needs.

The installer called prior to the appointment time. He arrived at precisely the time he stated, evaluated the repairs needed and suggested repairs that would insure the problem would not occur again. He completed repairs quickly and efficiently in less time than he quoted . This was a ten out of ten .

If installation of the new door is as easy as ordering the door, we will be pleased beyond expectation. Our salesman was very thorough explaining the different doors and costs. We think we made a very good choice of the Coplay door with insulation. Fast and efficient, you can't ask for anything more.

I was in a fix and needed help ASAP. I had called around and got a call back from Precision and really lucked out as the gentleman said he had a tech who had just finished a job and could be at my place in about 20 min. I don't get these kinds of breaks, this made my day as I was unable to leave my house, the garage door would not even close. Jose explained things to me gave me options, I chose and he did a wonderful job and left his work site clean. I recommend this company and Jose. Keep up the good work.

I'm a Calfornia licensed contractor, flipped ~25 houses, and remodeled many more. I was so impressed by George and Precision. In my professional opinion, they are the best in the business. They are "A-Typical" in that they show up when promised, keeps the customer informed throughout the process and, more importantly, their workmanship is outstanding, completed on time and within budget. Bottom line: do yourself a favor and hire them for your garage door needs.
