This is the second time we have used Precision Door Service. The technician arrived on time, friendly and knowledgeable. We had discussed a Senior Discount as advertised in your ad but evidently it was forgotten or ignored. The technician repaired the garage door quickly and efficiently. A five star rating would have been selected but for the lack of ackowledging the Senior Discount a four star rating was given.

I selected your company based on location closest to my home. I needed a broken garage door spring repaired. Mark Balsamo called prior to arriving to let me know when to expect him, and was ready to get right to work. He explained the inspection he was going to do, then explained the options for the repair, all in an easy to understand way. He did a great job and got the work done in the time he said it would take him to complete the job. I was very impressed with his knowledge and friendly manner. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone who needs garage door repair.

Precision Garage Door is outstanding! A live person answered my call and listened to what my situation was. My technician, Edgar, called me back within a minute to let me know that he could be at my home within the hour (and he was). He evaluated my situation, explained the solution and gave me choices.
