I did have a confirmation by e-mail of my appointment, but was called and my appointment was changed to the next day. Gilbert came out right at 8:00. He was very personable and kind. He checked everything, even though my problem was an alignment problem with the safety beams. A good experience.

Ken Jaquez our serviceman was very professional and knowledgeable. He clearly explained the options for repairing our 20year+ garage door. Although the electric opener was also old it was still working perfectly. He quickly replaced the springs, rollers and brackets. The door now closes properly and quite than ever before. our only regret was that he didnt have any new keypads in the truck to replace our badly operating one.

I had Precision put in a brand new garage door. It had to be special ordered, because it was an unusual color. Then, today, someone ran into it, with their car! I was so upset, but I called Precision, and even though it is Sunday, they came right out, and got the garage door opened, so I could get my car out. I then ordered another door. Both men, that worked on my garage doors were so polite and efficient. Their prices are reasonable, too. I will never go to any other garage door company, after the good service I have received here.
